Truck was dirty inside cab, spilled soda on floor, and dirt all over the floor. Cargo area of truck was also filthy, broken glass on floor, I had to sweep it out as I felt unsafe with all the glass.

Friendly, prompt service, cool guy; I was on my way within minutes! The truck appeared to be clean and well-maintained, handled okay. I knew I was going to appreciate the 3 cup holders on the console. Shortly after I left, I was nauseated by the cigarette smoke smell. I had to stop immediately to buy Febreze and peppermint oil to combat the noxious odor. As I got on the highway, there was a loud and annoying rattle from the loose cab ceiling. There was nothing I could do about it, other than hold it up for 18 hours. I was unable to do that, of course. I was surprised to find no USB ports, plus no way to get my iPhone music through the truck's sound system. Otherwise, it was a decent trip. Full disclosure: I had TempurPedic pillows on the seat and back. Niiiiiice...

Driving down I-44 E, the trailer completely popped off the hitch in the middle of the highway. I had a refrigerator in there and now IT IS DAMAGED and I almost wrecked in the middle of traffic.

The woman I spoke with was very nice and we appreciate her. However, I called and left a message that we would not need the storage unit. My son found a home and was able to move his things in.

Drop off went fast and smoothly. The lady was polite, and I noticed that when someone came in she greeted that person and yet didn't miss a step taking care of my business.

The lady that took care of me was very friendly and did all she could to make a stressful situation so much better. She did not have anyone to help us hook up the car hauler there but she called another U-Haul center and the young that came to help get everything hooked up for me was wonderful ! Thanks to these two people my trip was un-eventful.

They did not hook up the trailer even though I asked if they do. They also did not verify that the lights worked.

This does not pertain to the location I picked up the rental. The place was great. This applies directly to the trailer. The uhaul website said the trailer is the correct match for my BMW Z4, however, loading the car it ripped my undercarriage plastic because of the raised middle. My car is not lowered or altered in any way from manufacture specs. This trailer broke my car and now I have to have it repaired.

I cannot remember the Ladies name that helped me and my wife but she went beyond what was called for just to make and keep me and my wife happy.

Huge miscommunications between Uhaul and Big Head Storage. I was on and off the phone all day -- an already very stressful moving day -- resubmitting contract, reservation and payment information I was assured was already cleared the week before. Uhaul staff was especially unapologetic. I won't use either service again.
