The truck was completely dirty inside the cab and back...The front had trash inside both doors and floors were dirty. The back had an oily substance on the floor and was very slippery. I sweep and mop the back before I loaded my furniture.

When a pick up location is changed, you need to notify the customer. The last text message I had received was to pick up at the location I had requested. When I got to that location, they really could have cared less. They gave me customer service number, and told me the address for other location.

This location is not conveniently located to just about anyone outside of the downtown Jackson area. I would not go here alone. I wish you were asking about our overall experience, it was terrible.

My reservation was for 8am I didn’t get my truck til 9:45, as I sat in my car waiting there were homeless people approaching my car asking for money and cigarettes. When I called in one of the customer service rep was rude and insisted I had to download app to get truck when I wasn’t told that. I wasted time doing what she told me only to have it NOT work so I had to call back a third time that’s when I was told my appointment wasn’t set up for me to have to check in online. I was offered nothing to make me whole, I’ve always use u-haul the North Jackson location but I was sent to the south Jackson location because of availability a mistake I will never make again, I received no apologies and ended up paying more than I would normally. I will NEVER USE u-haul ever again.

There's no real organisation to the parking area. There are only a few trailers pulled up to the side of the building and no real indication where to put the truck i had.

this truck needs to be serviced for front end alignment. this was the worst ride i have ever taken. A trip that should have taken me 7 hours took me 9 hours. If I didn't have a full truck I would have called to get another truck, but to off load when have set me back further than I was already. The location didn't even have everything I reserved ; no furniture dolly or appliance dolly. I had to go to another location only to get appliance dolly. This was a horrible experience and I will think twice before using your services again.

Ordering a rental from the website is confusing. You schedule a pick up at one location and end up having to go to a different one. Next time I'll order over the phone. The local pickup location did a great job, though. Would use them again.

The clerk was very polite but I was very disappointed that I was given a 15 ft. truck when I had requested a 10 ft. one. I also found spilled drink residue on the passenger seat and in the cup holders, which I cleaned out myself. Otherwise the truck was in good condition.
