Kevin KenardI highly recommend making the renting process a lot easier and smoother. It took over an hour, literally, to actually get the keys to the truck. I understand you want to be sure no one steal the truck but if they do it literally has uhaul written all over it so it shouldn't be too hard to find. Due to this horrible experience i will not be renting again nor will i recommend family or friends to go this route. It sucks it really really sucks! Plus i was charged for a two day rental when i only needed up to 6hrs but lost 1hr due to the long process of getting the keys

Both times it was more important for them to smoke their pipes than help the customer. while I was in the middle of a conversation with the guy that was helping me. The other older gentleman walked up and told him to try his new pipe. I will never rent from this place again.

Betty WatsonHave staff trained, they forgot the dolly, didn’t have the furniture dolly, and also forgot the furniture coverings which caused furniture to be damaged during my move. My pickup location was reassigned to a location 20 miles from my move out point and then I had to drive back from drop off 25 miles so wasted mileage on just travel to and from uhaul pickup/drop off.

Curtis PassIf was the worst experience I ever had with Uhaul . I will never rent from Uhaul again. I think I was put though the crazy roller coaster ride . Two Cancellation, I got too the place too pick up the truck company didn't open until 11:30 . The truck sound the motor was going to fell off. They charged me 82.00 too rent the truck . I was on the phone with the operator for 2 hours for me too never received a text or email with the rental information.
