Charged me for movesafe without my permission while i did not select it when i made reservation. When talked to the guy he said its an automatic thing and said talk to uhaul, when i talked to them they referred me to the store owner.

Needs to have a better customer service and also need to improve of doing a better and not asking the customer to do their job also when I dropped off the truck they didn't even checked the truck if it has damage or not

There should be a time limit of where pickup and drop off locations can be changed. We got a text saying someone would call us shortly from U-Haul. Never received a call or text so we went to the original scheduled location to find out our pickup location only to find out our pickup location has changed. This was 2 hours prior to our pickup time.

l was charged $80.00 for gas on a truck rental. however l only put 9 miles on the vehicle and l put $5.00 worth of gas in the truck. then they tried to charge me for 29 litres of gas. this is not even possible.

Even though the app was glitching again for us, the counter staff was very helpful. The parking lot is large and easy to maneuver. Best uhaul location we have ever used.

I always rent from Uhaul, and I observe that the truck has an odor and that the dash is dusty. The last truck I rented was the same and had trash such as an empty can of soda and used tissue.

The employee who was present when leaving the truck does not know anything. I delivered the car at 11:00 pm on the 29th of April, and they sent me an email stating that they had received the car on the 30th of April at 7:15 am - it is an open fraud

Truck had next to no gas in it. The check engine light was on and the steering wheel was off centre. Not pleased with the price for this truck. I returned it the same day. Didn’t receive receipt.

This location is absolutely awful. I told them when I would be dropping off and when I showed up the one person working did not know how to do anything UHAUL related. I had a friend come and drive with me and I got a babysitter for my children and now this person was no able to check me out. He told me to just leave the keys and the next day someone would do the return when they came in. I told him this was unacceptable. I wanted to be there for the return to make sure everything was correct. It took me getting very upset for him to call someone. I then had to leave the store and stand outside as he went to the truck to check the gauge and vehicle. Then we he went in and talked to someone on the phone and next thing I know I have a receipt. I had to argue and wait 45 minutes for this return. At another location I had rented from this was not the case. It was so easy and seemless but this location was so awful.

The store has only girl who working and let me waiting more than 1 hour to help grocery customers to finish. Repeating input my data on the system 3 times ....so frustrated and unhappy service

Have gas tank full. Each person should return vehicle with full tank. It's difficult guessing when tank is 3/4 full.

I booked the uhaul for 12 noon and when I went to collect the uhaul they said they don't have anything available BCS someone did not return it. They told me to come again at 1pm. I had to travel again to my house and also they said I would get discount as it was late for me to pickup and eventually they charged more. Useless location just a steal of time and money. Never would recommend this location to anyone. Worst experience so far. Won't be again booking truck with uhaul.

When you have a reservation booked & be told that you don’t have a reservation booked with this location even know all ur information is in the system but they still refuse. Poor communication & service all around, I will not be back to the 310 Limeridge Rd W location.

U-haul give the one of the worst experience I had ever in my life. Set time for pick up at 7:00AM. Get there and the car is not ready until 8:00 AM without any notice. Back at 8:00 and waiting for another 50 minutes for the guy to go through process :)))) what a beautiful day to pick up a U-Haul. The worst service ever.

The service was poor he told me his going to send me Receipts which I never got I was Charge for, telling me Firstly that I rented the Truck for two days. I took the truck 1:45 Pm to 5: pm .
