The truck wasnt swept out and cab was pretty dusty and dirty. They were also short on one of the furnature dollys. When the guy openned the back of the truck we were getting suprise! There was a utility dolly n it. Although all folk there were very freindly and hospitable im not sure they know what sub equipment they have and not checking trucks they get in.

Gavietta S45 min to set up rental (fault of the uhaul rental website not the rental facility). Trailer was clean but was NOT properly serviced at its last service. Made it 4 miles down the road before an entire hub fell off from bolts not being torqued, not the wheel lugs but the bolts that hold the entire hub on. 3 hour ETA for service company to come fix it. There are 4 bolts that hold the hub on to the axle, one was missing completely, one had no nut on it, and the other two were backed off 3-4 threads to the point the wheel was sitting at a 45* angle. Mobile service company did a good job of repairing trailer once they arrived from approx 90 miles away.

James ATried to return the truck via 24hr drop off & continually got kicked off the sight due to no service. Had to come back, at which time I returned the truck to an employee, who said that happens to everyone. Then why offer the service, knowing 9/10 times it will not work for the customer? Later that night I noticed they charged my credit card for just over $50 without any notification of the charge!! I am still trying to find out why, no answer at the location & everytime I try to start a chat with uhaul they give me a wait time w/ zero response OR simply tell me my session has expired... Very disappointed at this point.........

James AThe inside of the truck should get deep cleaned. I whipped down the steering wheel and it was filthy. (Door handle, cup tray, seats, etc.) Also the cargo could have been swept out upon my arrival. But the truck ran great.
SHANTE MI ordered dollies and furniture pads and neither were in the truck. I understand I picked up the truck early but no one was there when I returned the truck to adjust my billing. Also, the truck smelled like someone had been hauling garbage in it.

James AU-Haul is the one that messed up our reservation causing us to drive 28 miles away to get a truck. Then we had pay the milage from that place and back. I believe U-Haul should set a reservation and keep it at the place. We feel that we shouldn't have to pay for milage when sent out of the way to get a truck when they reservations was suppose to be in the town we ask for it.

James AI was unhappy with the location I was originally suppose to pick my truck up from. The truck did not have the dolly I had requested, there was literally no gas on the truck and the AC wasn't working. I literally wasted my time going to pick up the truck. However this location in which I ended up picking the truck from after talking to a uhaul individual was great!

James AI had a truck and tow dolly. When I got there only the truck was available in Florence. I had to find the tow dolly in darlington sc where it was not available. I had to find a tow Dolly and was charge for it. So I'm unpleased with this location false advertising. So whereas I suppose to have the truck for 2 hours turn into 4 hours.

James AThe truck needs to be cleaned before being rented. I had to pay a $25 cleaning fee and I'm sure the last person to rent it did also. However, it was no where near cleaned and it had a bad odor. Also, I think the transmission was going bad in the truck that I rented.
