The only reason I had to use this site was because after having a reservation for a truck in Auburn Alabama, on Opelika street,I arrived to be told that they didn't have a truck for me! This reservation was made a week prior and I received no less than 4 confirmations on the rental. At the office I was I formed that I would have to drive to Columbus GA in order to get a truck. This was the worst, most unacceptable display of poor customer service ice that I have ever experienced and not the first time I have had issues with the Auburn location. UHAUL- do something with this location. Luckily, I won't ever have to use them again....

Knowledge of your product line - not just how to fill out a rental contract. Could not help me connect my trailer nor advise how to load / use the car dolly.

When we picked it up it was only half full. the equipment check didn’t pop up until we left the lot, and then we couldn’t use it when it did pop up.

We reserved a 20ft truck weeks before the pick up date. The pick up location was changed. When we got there the uhaul people mistakenly thought we were doing an after hours pick up and were not prepared for us. They took minimal information from us, handed us a key and told us to be careful. There were no instructions for using the truck, no manual. We wanted to get some dollies and blankets and had been told that we could get them when we picked up the truck but the location didn't have any and we had to go to 2 other locations to accumulate the items. The price I was quoted for the reservation was not the price that they wanted to charge me at the pick up. Fortunately, the manager was called and he adjusted the price. We were given keys to a truck which we later realized it was a 26 ft truck. After 2 hours on the road, the check engine light came on. We called and were told to ignore it. W returned the truck at a facility that was listed as open until 530 but was closed when we arrived at 430. We returned the truck with a quarter tank more gas then when we picked it up. We were never instructed on how much gas to leave in the truck or that we would not be credited for the overage.

Uhaul was ok empty yet the system showed it had more gas. Had no furniture pads as requested. Nothing was sent to my phone for me to check the vehicle to confirm it met all requirements.

Return my rental on time but was not checked in so recovery department was sending emails and notice answer to the notifications and still was receiving emails for late equipment rental
