Fix your website! It would not let me confirm saved rental agreement within 32 or 34 hours prior to pickup time. I then had to make a call, tie up one of your representatives on phone to go through all data from beginning!! This glitch negated purpose of your website - save me & your staff time!!
Jason CNot charging for things that resulted from U-Haul's practices. I want to be refunded for the extra miles they caused on the truck by making me pick it up in another town when I reserved it a month ahead of time. Better training for staff might help.

Donna BGive us more milage. I was charged $32 dollars going over. I needed to pick up stuff in storage and when I got to Weatherford I needed to go to pick up a mattress and groceries for my apartment PLUS I had to go sign my lease. You leave no room for doing important tasks to move. It isn't a luxury drive sight seeing - IT IS A MOVE!!! Should have stayed with PENSKE! Your rates are to high anymore! I need a moving truck again I need to just buy a truck or SUV.

hale hGetting in and out of this location was challenging. Tight turns and steep drives. Not a lot of room to negotiate turns.
Randy KI rented my uhaul and I think that If you don't use all the miles and days you rented the truck for you should get some of the money back. But others then that it's was ok.

Thomas PI was told if I wanted to extend a day let them know as a surgery took place and I would be the only one to unpack. The gentleman I contacted here tried to be comical and tell me I cant have everything I wanted. Then said I could come in at 4pm rather than 9am. As I'm going to drop it off at 12 he calls demanding to know when I was dropping it off. I let him know I was on my way. He said ok and hung up. I get there and hand him the key say I'm dropping it off. He says what was it a one way. I say yes and my name. He says ok well I will go out and get mileage shortly. I let him know I took a picture my mileage before and after as well as gas so i knew it was with in the contract. He was very short and unprofessional.

Patricia MOur destination had a drop off location but we were not allowed to drop off our specific type of rental at this location. We had to go to another town 30 miles away. Customers really should not have to be inconvenienced by the companies inventory control. If it costs a little more money to move inventory around then do it and pass the cost on. Have a good day! :)

RICHARD CHad scheduled for a Appliance Dolly, they didn't have it at the store where I picked up. Ended up borrowing one from neighbors house to use. I did in-store checkout because the store showed it was open Sunday at 10:00. The gentleman working didn't show up till 10:40 at location.
Aaron NThe website allowed us to reserve at 9 am, but the convenience store was not open until 10. Also, why allow an online reservation for self-guided pickup if there is no way to obtain the key without someone being there an hour after the reservation time?
Kevin JTruck was dirty and the reservation center called to verify that my equipment was at the location and upon arrival was told they didn’t have the appliance Dolly that I had reserved.

ROGER JThe owner was very rude and also did not put the keys in the box outside so I could mobile check in. Was forced to go through him and he charged us an extra $33 (which was returned to us by your customer service graciously and very polite). The vehicle inside the cab smelt badly of incense and had a bunch of construction materials inside. The inside of the box smelt horribly of paint thinner and most of my belongings still smell that way!

Floyd lThe guy came by to open the store at 10 so we had to wait for an hour for him. Then he couldn't find our reservation. Then we made it almost out of weatherford without our dolly we had paid for. He also is extremely hard to understand and had the music up so loud we couldn't hear him.

Tristan DI made my reservation online and confirmed it with a human on the phone. Still somehow got charged for all the pads and dollies that I manually removed during my reservation and was told it was something I did wrong. Charged my card before telling me the total. Online it says 30¢/mile but it's 89¢/mile there? Waste of money and time and extremely unprofessional. I don't even know how this store is allowed to be open.
