I had requested pick up at 9am, and wasn't able to get the truck which was at the location until 10. I called and left messages prior to pick up and no one ever called back. I did not have any difficulty on the day of pick up, it was right at 10.Joseph V.

Business was locked. No sinage to vehicle. Required cook in other location to find key in remote location. No paperwork. Truck not full Roof leaked water on our trucks contents. and engine check light on. Vehicle reserved in advance not available morning of pick up. Next location 40mi. Wrong drop off location for rental stated requiring multiple trips to other facility. Worst experience ever. Not good pr.Todd C.

Was assured by Uhaul Bevo (Bevo never answered phone) would be open for a live person pick up. It wasn't. It was switched without prior notice to 24/7 pickup. Uhaul GPS put us .03 from the location so we were unable to do on line process. Numerous phone calls and numerous U-Haul contacts led to disconnects on department transfers and online contract time expirations meaning the process started over each time and the pick up time needed to be adjusted. 2 1/2 hours (Sat 2:10 to 4:40 ) later we got a Live Verify person that overrode the system regarding the GPS not reading our location and obtained the key box number and combination. Midway through this very frustrating situation a reschedule was offered it was past 4. The closest was Waterbury 45 minutes away. We had started the day at 6am in Maine. An additional 3 hours with no guarantee we wouldn't have the same problem was not acceptable.JOHN D.
Unable to pick up truck through app, gps had it at won't location. No one available on site to help. 30 minute phone call later, standing out in the cold, was able to get a code to open lock boxJulianne J.
It was all done through the app and took over an hour to do. The app reads the locations gps coordinates at half a mile away from the actual location. I was sitting in front of the truck, then the lock boxes, then the actual store front and the app would not work because it read that I was in the wrong place. By the time I figured out where it wanted me to be the session had timed out and I had to call, which took way too long too, to have someone reset the pickup time. The person I spoke too reset it, but not even a sorry for the inconvenience or ask for more details to correct it for the next person. Then after it was reset the app froze for 20 mins after we hung up. Finally started to work while being on hold to talk to another person.Kyle B.
Location did not have signage visible from the road. Had to enter a parking lot and drive behind other buildings to find location to drop off. Lot was at least plowed for snow removal, but there was no clear place to park a 26' truck. Key drop box was labeled, but far away from drop off location.Adam G.
There needs to be better signage, or something to indicate that the person renting the equipment is located inside a restaurant. The equipment is parked in the park where it is not visible, so there was nothing to indicate that there was anything involved with UHaul at the location. The person running the site was great - very efficient and informative, once we found him.Robert D.

I was supposed to drop my rental off in Burlington but couldn't drive the big truck through the city streets. Tried to drop it off in Winooski and the guy there was absolutely rude and unfriendly, yelled at me and said he had no space for my truck when he had at least 3 spaces. I called Uhaul and waited several minutes but go someone that was super friendly and moved my drop off location to Colchester, which is literally the next turn up from the Winooski location. I would recommend no one go to the Winooski location and just drop off in Colchester. My overall experience was great with the exception of the rude gentleman at the Winooski location.Amber P.

HORRIBLE!! The 24/7 pickup did not work! I tried calling - no answer! We used the 1-800 number and had 3 smart phones going with web app, browser and tech support- with no luck! Got the truck 27 hours later than we wanted! Ran late as a result all day long! We have used U-Haul 15 times with no problem but this was a HUGE PROBLEM!Anthony A.

I was overcharged $100 compared to the reservation I made online. I reserved for $177 and Bevo Catering charged me $284. No line item receipt or invoice available explaining the charge. The truck was covered in snow which I had to clean off. Also, the door to the storage area was frozen and I had to use hot water to unfreeze and open. The online check in and pick up process via the web did not work. Even when I was standing on the door of Bevo Catering. Aaron the owner said this always happens and he did the check in on the phone. During this process the owner hung up on me several times. I would not recommend this location. Bad service and I was overcharged $100.Andrew M.

They forgot to give us the dolly we ordered. We went back to get it and everything was fine. Easy location to get to. Using the app for no contact pickup and return was easy and perfect.Danielle T.
There is no actual person or office to pick up from. I went to a sketchy parking lot and had to dial the phone number on a sign to get a person to give me a code for the key which was in a lockbox. Meanwhile, while they are trying to get all my information which was already on my reservation since I did online it was raining and I had to stand outside in the rain by the lockbox while I waited for them to do this. Oh, and did I mention I booked the truck for a closer location and it was changed. I assume due to availability, but the above terrible location was not acceptable. It was too far from me, so pick up and drop off then became an issue. I asked them when I was standing in the rain if I could drop off at the closer location and they said that would take longer on the phone. I was already getting rained on and didn't want to stand outside any longer. I would not EVER recommend this place to rent a U-HaulStacy M.
It was an awful experience with the service provider. There were no one at the office and around 20minutes after my pickup time, a person came and she didn't know any of the processing and she called someone and they didn't know I also booked a dolly. Finally when I got the truck it was already an hour late then my original booking time. The truck was clean but I doubt it was never serviced or oiled at all, it makes all sorts of noises when you drive the truck, the gear and brake was very stiff and you need to push the break pedal with all your energy to break the truck.Kamruzzaman K.
