I was overcharged $100 compared to the reservation I made online. I reserved for $177 and Bevo Catering charged me $284. No line item receipt or invoice available explaining the charge. The truck was covered in snow which I had to clean off. Also, the door to the storage area was frozen and I had to use hot water to unfreeze and open. The online check in and pick up process via the web did not work. Even when I was standing on the door of Bevo Catering. Aaron the owner said this always happens and he did the check in on the phone. During this process the owner hung up on me several times. I would not recommend this location. Bad service and I was overcharged $100.Andrew M.

No one available at eight to assist. Very disorganized. Rude owners, who never initiated process, thus making us an hour late. Complicated process for unknown reasons.Matthew J.

They forgot to give us the dolly we ordered. We went back to get it and everything was fine. Easy location to get to. Using the app for no contact pickup and return was easy and perfect.Danielle T.
There is no actual person or office to pick up from. I went to a sketchy parking lot and had to dial the phone number on a sign to get a person to give me a code for the key which was in a lockbox. Meanwhile, while they are trying to get all my information which was already on my reservation since I did online it was raining and I had to stand outside in the rain by the lockbox while I waited for them to do this. Oh, and did I mention I booked the truck for a closer location and it was changed. I assume due to availability, but the above terrible location was not acceptable. It was too far from me, so pick up and drop off then became an issue. I asked them when I was standing in the rain if I could drop off at the closer location and they said that would take longer on the phone. I was already getting rained on and didn't want to stand outside any longer. I would not EVER recommend this place to rent a U-HaulStacy M.
It was an awful experience with the service provider. There were no one at the office and around 20minutes after my pickup time, a person came and she didn't know any of the processing and she called someone and they didn't know I also booked a dolly. Finally when I got the truck it was already an hour late then my original booking time. The truck was clean but I doubt it was never serviced or oiled at all, it makes all sorts of noises when you drive the truck, the gear and brake was very stiff and you need to push the break pedal with all your energy to break the truck.Kamruzzaman K.
