I made my reservation on a mobile device. When I arrived to pick up the trailer the person in charge was trying to charge me 3 times what the cost was when I made the reservation. He was not able to resolve the issue, got very angry and was difficult to deal with. (He did apologize later.) I had to use my phone to cancel the original reservation and make a new one at the correct charge. I was there for 1 1/2 hours just to pick up a auto transport trailer.

Site anal about level of cargo area cleanliness. Was swept out prior and was told if I didn't swept again would be charged $25. This is bs.

Customer service was very good. Truck was not cleaned. Owner admitted he doesn't have time to clean the trucks. There was chocolate in the cup holders and surrounding area.

The after hours return process did not work! I returned truck and attempted multiple times to return online and the app did not work, could not find my location. I had been moving for 12 hours, it was midnight and I live an hour out from uhaul location. I spent additional hours trying to get it to work!!!!!!! Now you want to charge me additional 20 bucks!!! That process is a scam to make you more money and I am de MN ending that money be refunded! For this reason I will look to other truck rental services for my future needs.

Not having to drive 80 miles around trip to pick up cause I felt I was doing UHauls job. No compensation for my time. That really bothers me, I don't work for Uhaul. I just needed the trailer and uhaul knew that approximately 2 weeks in advance but waited til a day or so before to drop the pick up bomb on a customer. I feel your company should do their on job not me. I feel it to be very wrong.

We reserved a truck a month ago and when we got there we waited in line for 30 mins just to be told they didn’t have a truck for me then they got us two smaller trucks and charged us more piss poor business never again.

I had planned to return my rental on a Tuesday late morning/early afternoon, which the rep and I discussed. I assumed that was regular business hours and didn’t worry about the drop off. When I arrived I learned they were closed. I wasn’t sure how to return my trailer so I dropped it off and then did research. I got the text reminder and followed the steps through that to return my trailer. I then learned I was charged the $20 fee because I didn’t return it through the app - which I did. I called to inquire and the rep at the location told me that there was nothing he could do and that I would have to call the 1-800 number. I then called that number and the rep was very nice but was having technical difficulties and couldn’t pull up my reservation. She said she filed the request to refund the $20 fee but 1 week later there has been no communication nor a refund. I am frustrated with the local branch as I felt they should have explained the return procedures especially since they knew I would be dropping off when they weren’t open. My second frustration is with the fee since I did complete the online return - with a screen shot to prove it.

This review has nothing to do with the pickup place just a review in general. In a 1300 mile journey I would like to say that we had a tire blow out.. Now I know this can happen and it may take time for a service guy to come out it and help. But 3 hours is not a very good response time.. in the mist of it all it took the guy less than 10 min to do the job. I will say I am very impressed on how fast the guy got the job done just very disappointed about the time it took to get back on the road. So my question to Uhaul is why can't there be a spare tire with the unit? I know some people can perform this task and some can't. So is there a way that the customer can have the option to do that? I grew up knowing how to do this and waiting 3hrs for someone to do a task that I can perform sucked.. I would like to hear what Uhaul has to say.

The guy working started my rental 30 minutes before we could even hook up the trailer and I could leave. He let me leave with trailer running lights not working. I couldn’t move my stuff that night because of the lights and had to take more time the following day to finish the job. Trailer also was dirty/unswept with dolly and blankets I didn’t not need. They were in my way the whole time. Returned trailer swept out and with plenty of time before it was due. I was just charged $100 after all extra fees when my rental was supposed to be $40. I am very upset about this.

The guy that inspected my uhaul upon return accused me of scratching the uhaul. I literally drove it to my home, parked it and drove up the street with it. the scratch was right in a spot that was shielded by the trailer doors when they open. He said it looked 'fresh' like the trailer is some sort of biological creature. I'm pretty sure the guy was just fishing trying to get more money out of me, when he went to that side of the trailer he looked at it right away. like he has a photographic memory of all the trailers and trucks there... doubt it. he also said that the cost would be $153. I know they won't fix it since it was right on the decal and its a trailer. They just wanted to pocket $153. Good thing I got the insurance. Next time I'm taking pictures of the trailer to defend against future fraud like this. I just wonder how many people they get by pulling that scratch scam.

My tempur pedic bed got wet in an enclosed trailer. I have now been sleeping on the couch for 2 days. I have had to air dry my dressers as well. Yes I hit rain but where the leak came from was somewhere from the top.

The staff was friendly, but had to have a tire replaced which we found and determined to be unsafe to travel on across the country. Uhaul roadside came and replaced it.

The owner was polite and efficient but the location offered no equipment other than the trucks. He did not check out the truck with me for damage or cleanliness. I brought the truck home even though it was dirty in the cab. Coffee splashed, general grime and some white power all over the dash. I did clean it up for the trip. I loaded the truck but when my driver showed up the next day he said the tires where not up to code, so we went to the closest UHaul to get them to fix it. They did submit a complaint for us but couldn’t do anything. So we started out. Two hours into the trip we blew a tire. The rescue company put on 2 new tires and rotated one of the bald ones. Along the way we also discovered the air conditioning did not work when accelerating. I have always used UHaul without any issues, but this was too much! There was a safety issue that was ignored before we left. There were no other trucks of that size so we where stuck with it!

Have the trailer that was Guaranteed at the correct location. When I went to rent a 6'x14' there were none in Fort Collins. Had to go across town to even get this trailer and then had to make 2 trips from Centennial to Fort Collins. Very poor service in Fort Collins.

Drop location is close to our house so I would drop there again. But, the guy made me sweep out the back of the truck (or he would have charged me $25) although I did not get it dirty --- just hauled two large pieces of wooden furniture. No one informed me of this possible $25 charge. I suppose there was something written that I signed; but, the pint is too small and too much to read before renting the truck. The truck had not been cleaned from the previous rental.

their computer was having some kind of problem which lengthened the process overall, the way you make reservations to pick up at a place, then get told you have to go somewhere else makes the move process more stressful, wish there was a way to not have so many changes.

One of the safety chains had been dragged causing the links to be very thin. Though it is unlikely that one would ever actually need them, the reason they are there is for that one occasion when other safety features fail. The chain also lacked a hook at the end which made it necessary to "improvise" in order to use the chain at all.

The check in people were very friendly. They weren’t sure how to handle a walk in drop off, but they figured it out. They are a new rental facility, and appear eager to get it right.
