Superb customer service. Best uhaul experience to date
Tom TDropped off truck and checked in with my phone. I did not have any interaction with employees. The lot was large and open and there was no problem parking the truck.
Jeff HAnswer to question “maintained”. I have a 2022 chevy Silverado LTZ. While driving with the trailer in rain or wet roads, my dash on the truck kept asking to check left turn signal. I did and showed it was working. I believe, the left turn signal unit might have a cracked or getting wet while drive on wet roads causing a fluctuation in “amps” while trailer lights on.
tim mThe alignment was on on the truck, had to have the steering wheel sideways the whole time to go straight. Pulled to the right and was kinda scary to drive.

Judy RThe guy asked me where I was headed, and then made fun of me and asked me "why would you go there?" when I told him. Then he insulted my career by saying "well not ALL of you are bad." The place was hard to find and was decorated with a terrifying amount of 2nd amendment posters threatening gun violence which made me horribly uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and in fact, it should possibly be inspected for professionalsm and to make sure the premises live up to U-Haul standards, which I assume include not making your customers feel unsafe and like they could have a gun pulled on them if they stepped a toe out of line.

Diane TI got there the truck was stuck in mud, had to have a wrecker pull it out which took 2 hrs I lost. I didn't get dolly I ordered, the entire thing sucked, and would definitely like so kind of rebate, but was told probably want going to happen, hopefully next time be better.

Stacie JPicking up from closed location no internet signal and you get there truck was dirty and had undisclosed damages . Uhaul does give you a place to show damages but limits to so many pictures. I had to email them all to Ethan at U-Haul.

Monte RPickup was easy. Hours showed it was open on the following Saturday to then drop off (July 9), but it wasn't. Check out on phone was difficult because of spotty cell phone service, but was able to do it, luckily. Otherwise was a good experience.

Brenda VI had a few problems that I dealt with at this location. The man running the gun shop couldn’t figure out the computer process for u haul and over charged me for my equipment that I didn’t want and wanting a refund for the money I spent to get the uhaul. No I could have waited another hour for him to fix the mess up for the fourth time reentering the information on the computer. Needless to say he wasn’t really computer savvy and messed up my equipment rental.

Stephen HThe biggest thing was the cleanliness. The steering wheel was sticky; I was lucky to have wet wipes with me. There were multiple scratches on the truck which weren’t shown in the pictures, so I was thankful to be able to upload my own pics. The person following me said that randomly big puffs of smoke were coming out the exhaust, so that made me a little nervous. The drink holder was pretty gross, but luckily I didn’t need it. The man who helped me complete checkout was very kind and helpful
