My first experience with the uhaul location was different due to their policies compared to other locations I've dealt with. With that said.. It all turned out fine. I went back and rented a 14' for a local move.. The young ladies in the office were very pleasant . All in all a very good experience. The young lady that helped me unhook the trailer was knowledgeable, and helpful. My experience towing from Colorado to Arizona was interesting to say the least. I would recommend when hooking up the trailer to note ground clearance. If needed one Can "flip" the ball hitch to increase the ground clearance.charles K.
I was treated very disrespectfully. Lady yelled at me and told me I had no business there because it was closed. She insisted that my reservation to that location should've never been made because they're closed on weekends. She than agreed to rent it out to me but was very rude about it. She told me that I better not complain about dirtiness of truck because they weren't expecting me and didn't have time to clean it. She spoke to me in a very rude disrespectful manner. I had to keep my cool so I can get the truck after driving 3 hours to pick it up. It was a nightmare. I have never experienced such bad treatment. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Im very Disappointed in the experience with Uhaul this trip. I use UHAUL a lot to move Myself or family around. I don't think I'll be using Uhaul again in the future.Adriana G.

We needed a van for 2days or 48 hrs, which I stated. No problem. We checked out van about 2pm on Wednesday and we returned it at 1:00pm on Fri. Well we got charged for 3 days, and that wasn't how it was explained when I rented the unit. Very polite, but I think she may have been wearing too many hats that day. But it was just a thing, no hard feelings. I just like complete transparency. Life is good.randall W.
Have rented twice from this location. Lady is borderline unprofessional. In general regarding U-Haul on this van rental, the bill came out to be about $40 more than the estimate. And, it wasn't a bargain even at the estimated price. Not likely I'll be using * again.David M.

This is not really the fault of the rental place because they didn't know about it but, there was cat pee on the floor of the loading area that no one noticed until we opened the bay door to load. Gross! Just a suggestion: netting across the back opening when the bay door has to remain open before pick up would work. (Wife's comment)Russ R.
interior dash, cup holders, steering wheel and doors were not clean. A 5 minute wipe down with some wet wipes would have made a big difference. A walk around the truck with some basic function instructions would have been nice.NILDA M.

There was a dent in the front fender that no one noticed before taking the truck to turn it in. I guess I should have taken photos all around the truck. I was CHARGED $428.00 for a dent. I think it is a scam but I cant prove it but I will never rent from U Haul again and I am putting it on facebook. Never again.Dennis K.

At first glance i did not believe the vehicle would fit on the auto carrier as is was a very large car. Took some work to get the vehicle on the trailer without causing any damage as this vehicle was very low to the ground, but with some effort and persistence it fit perfectly. The gentlemen at Best Auto and RV were correct in assuring me the car would fit, they are very knowledgeable and I would recommend this location to anyone who needs uhaul services and or mechanical work on their vehicles. Was unable to tow my trailer for to wrong ball size. Spoke with Tom at 602 383 2167 and br advised me the was another option for a new ball mount,but the was not. Also charged an extra $53.36 in Quartzsite. Will never use UHaul again!!! RIP off for sure!!!CHARLOTTE D.

Tire tread was very worn and tire pressure was not checked. Two tires were low. I checked and filled my self. I had no problem but inexperienced could have. I realize remote locations keep the costs down and are not very professional but basics should be checked.WILLIAM V.

This place was much nicer than Blythe Calif. I had to get a refund from them because our Jeep could not be towed without taking the driveshaft out and they didnt tell us that (and we didnt read the looooong contract in the 98 degree heat we were stuck in for 3 hrs.) After skidding the back wheeels 3 times, they told us but they wouldnt do it. We are seniors and my husband has a defibrillator so he coudnt hook it up or anything. They told us it wasnt their job to hook up or remove driveshaft. Quartzsite said it was.CONNIE A.
