Pushpinder was great and helped me get the snow off the truck (I'm too short). All equipment was clean and functional. Good location and great service.

When I came in to pick up the uhual the employee exited the door forcefully as I was opening it, it pushed and hurt my arm and was startling. When checking in he asked to bypass me to help others. I declined. The fuel level was even less than the sheet. When bringing it back he over charged me close to 2 miles extra. The truck itself was so handy, drove well and I was very pleased with.

Clean the vehicles inspect Vehicles repair the vehicles. Not send drivers on a 1500 mile drive with tires that have steel bands showing through the tread pattern that's been unevenly worn

There was no after hours drop-off. The staff was not very accommodating. The vehicle had three different warning lights showing all the time. Otherwise, the vehicle was there when reserved, ran fine, and I will use you all again, probably from a different location in Whitehorse.

The seat belt on the passenger side was not working we drove 2000 miles unsafely and the clerk couldn’t care less, didn’t offer help or a discount. It’s a shame.

It was noted that 2 tires (on the drivers side) were bald when we picked up the trailer (no tread). The agent knew we would be travelling through the mountains and across Canada for a total of 5500 kilometers. When I expressed my concern about the tires the agent shrugged his shoulders and said, "This is the trailer that is assigned to you, I cant switch it" So, away we went.... as predicted, a few hours into our journey we received our first flat. That's not all... 2500 kilometers later we were pulled over to be informed the wiring to the trailer lights was indicating in reverse - my jaw dropped. So basically, when we turned on the left signal, the right signal activated. Yes, of course the lights were checked before we began our journey but unfortunately it was the same agent that served us that was at the rear of the trailer verifying that all lights worked - Big mistake On the positive side, a big thanks to Jennifer C. (ref #1629918) from the U-Haul Roadside Assistance and the mechanic (name unknown) for their quick action and getting us back on the road again. Both were professional and efficient.
