The clerk would not help us hook up the trailer, he could not/would not print us a receipt for our rental... my sister and I knew more about hooking up and towing a trailer than the representative did. I will never use this service again! Also I did not receive this email or an email of my contract until a week after rented and returned the trailer!

Have a location where the people are clean honest people. Also the need to be more excited about working for Uhaul.

Uhaul changed pickup location 2 days prior. Had no choice but to make 60 mile round trip to pickup truck. Will look for other options than Uhaul next time.

Everything was really good. The Uhaul was in great shape and pretty new. The guy at the pickup place was friendly and helpful.

Don't let Bernie Pawn Shop rent out your products. Shop owner ripped us off for $68 worth of gas. We filled the truck up before returning it and have a picture of the instrument panel.to prove it. I don't know what that jackass put gas in but it wasn't that truck. I am furious.
