TERRIBLE experience. We arrived to pick up the truck and went inside the location because it did not have the dolly or blankets that we had ordered. The proprietor said "separate business-call number on sign outside." The operator on the sign sent us to a location down the road who didn't have what we needed and didn't know we were coming.

The online process to receive keys from a lock box is ridiculous. The process of getting my identity verified by calling multiple people while I'm standing at the lock box is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Why would I have a passport with me? I certainly didn't know to tell people to stay by the phone because they would be getting a call! Just an asinine way of doing things.
