I rented a 15ft truck this morning, went 7 miles only gone for 40 minutes brought truck back got know rebate at all . We went to bread store to pick up 1800 loaves of bread to give out at our church in which we do every two weeks using u haul but when we was not able to get bread to day after renting truck they still charged full price , we have decided to use Budget as move forward.

I have clicked the link through text to close return though it was after 6 pm. The rate to rent is for one day instead of 4 hours although I originally thought I can return it before 6 pm. I was charged after hours service fee for $20.

When we went to drop the vehicle off the man was very nice however he stated that our request had been canceled. Thankfully my husband had saved the receipt from pick up and the man had to tell them that he was looking at a valid receipt. It was about a 25 minute ordeal for drop off. Not to mention that I called several times when the systems were down and was treated unkind. We will never use U-Haul again and never suggest that our friends or family use them. It was a awful experience.

The Berkshire team keep the equipment clean and explain how it all works, how to save fuel, etc. Very thorough and professional.

I was so pleased with this location and the convenience. David, that owns this location. was both knowledgeable (me being a senior and first time user) made it easy being as apprehensive as i was. It was an excellent experience!

Although I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for the proprietor of the store to show up, he was helpful. And wasn't closed for the day like the store I was sent to in Somerset.

Everything was good with this location. I originally had a reservation at 831 lane Allen rd Valero gas station, they had NO trailer did not honor my reservation. The owners wife said he had just entered trailers in inventory even though he didn’t have them. Your field manager needs to follow up on this location. Really gives you a bad reputation.

We were using the app to pick up on Sunday, and were taking our time picking the truck up. We surprised that our pick up "had expired," and panicked a bit. A quick call to the 1800 # remedied that, as a fabulous customer service rep reset the reservation time and walked us through the steps to use the app. We were grateful!

I was not able to log on to internet to check truck in and still haven’t. I called customer service and they couldn’t check me in. It’s a night mare of worry about what this going to cost me.

I was concerned that the vehicle had not been checked in. I called corporate number where an agent helped me. Since we left it on Sunday when they were closed, it would have been nice for a text or call saying we were checked in and everything was good!
