The self service process was a nightmare from the time we started the process to the time that we actually were approved to take the truck. Probably an hour minimum. The truck was so damaged in so many spots that weren't marked that I had to take tons of photos until the app said I couldn't load any more!!! Alternate contact info should be verified before hand as we were moving and my daughter was not near here phone which meant I couldn't get approved until I could get in contact with her! Moving days are hectic and this made it even worse will not recommend to any one!

Overall Bentley's was nice. But the whole experience was horrible. We arrived at a location 2 miles from our home and the truck had been in an accident the night before. Just for fun or uhaul didn't bother to call us, We were told to call and we were on hold for over 15 minutes before the sent us 12 miles away to get a truck. The truck was horrible. It was very difficult to drive and keep on the road. Then they made us return it to that location, and we were paying by the mile. So we drove 20 to 30 miles out of the way and were forced to pay for your mistake.

If you read the email I sent earlier or read the notes about how I was ping pinged through a series of locations to get my truck you will see that your operations for assigning trucks and locations is in dire need of revamping.
