Mark Hbooked to pick up uhaul, multiple people were waiting outside for hours, nobody ever showed up, attempted to do mobile pick up but it still required us to go inside but they did not open up while we waited for hours so we were never able to pick up the uhaul, then we got a call asking when we would be returning the uhaul but we were never able to pick it up in the first place.

I would heartily recommend this place for anyone who needs a pickup like I did to pick up a piece of furniture. The truck was clean, well maintained, comfortable. The price was very reasonable, too. I know where I will go the next time I need a pickup truck or van!

Brian KWhen I arrived they only had one employee and I was 3rd in line. Employee said his POs system was freezing up and moving very slow. He also had to leave the counter and go outside to hookup trailers. The truck I was assigned was parked on the street and being late I walked the outside and it was very well used and dirty tire had mud stains on them. I left and noted radio didn’t work very well. Upon arrival I opened the ramp and noticed it had what appears to be concrete and or other material on it and upon opening cargo area it had a fine dust or powder all over the floor and dirt up in the top area above the cab. I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness of the cargo area.
Robert MAC in the truck was broken on a hot day. Dollies were not in the truck as rented. If I had not looked for them I would have left without them. Person at the counter did not acknowledge that I had paid for them and needed them. Inside cab of the truck was disgusting. Looked like it had not been cleaned in months

brian sI was a little uncomfortable when the clerk took a picture of my drivers license with his personal phone. In this age of identity thief one cannot be too careful. I did express my concerns to the clerk and he was polite and respectful explaining that's how they did things. The clerk may be above board but what if his phone was lost or stolen? Can't you install a reader that readers the license when swiped?

Kelley NDon’t lie to your customers about prices. Don’t over charge. Truck had a bad tire we had to keep putting air in. Tried calling several times regarding concerns. No answer no way to leave a message. Worst u haul experience ever.

Hector CTrucks really should have a full tank of fuel for each new renter. I do not like picking up a truck and having to go right to the gas station to put gas in it just to use it. Also, the interior could be cleaned up after each use. Plus the windows were a mess. We had to wash them to be able to properly see out of them.
