Martha SI would like to know why it took my whole deposit because I only paid 120 for a bigger truck and only had the smallest truck for one day I know it didn't take 20 to feel it up because it barely moved I wanted to get it back on time
Janice FReserved a truck in Fayetteville then was told the day before that there were no trucks in any close distance available. Had to drive an hour and a half to go pick up the truck then was charged for going 30 miles over the allowed mileage which is insane because we should have had a truck where it was reserved.

Luther MNeeds alot of improvement at this location. Schedule a reservation three days in advance didn't have the equipment that was needed, the guy told his coworker in front of me that he gave my equipment away, like really. Never will do business with this establishment.
MARCELLA DIf I leave more gas than what I got it with I don’t think I should be charged more for all the miles especially since uhaul changed my drop off location to 8 miles further than the original that I chose

nikki gthe location was new to uhaul and representatives very friendly but still learning. they were helpful as this was not the confirmed pick up location. Our confrimed location did not have the vehicle and we were scrambling and worried about getting a truck - movers were hired and waiting. Need to improve on truck location before confirming to clients you can be assured, i will confirm, at the location, the night before renting again instead of relying on a uhaul representative
