There were a lot of other U-Haul vehicles in such a limited area that it was hard to take the required pictures for the return of the U-Haul.

Steve danielI will be disputing my charge for the U—Haul that was rented, I book the rental though U-Haul over the phone, when I asked for a later pick up I was told from the person on the phone this would not be a issue thanks to the Mobil app that is now offered, I set my pick up for 7:30pm, under the reservation number 27247412. I book my movers for 7:00 the next morning to help load my items. I drive to pick up the truck Friday night only to find out it could not be picked up (then why was I offered the after hours pick up) I then went to to go get it in the morning at 7:45 to make sure I could get a truck. When I got there I told Terry ( the owner of the shop) that my reservation was set for 7:30 last night for at 17ft truck and an appliance dolly (which they also didn’t have) and everything was accepted. Since U-hauls policy is if they fail to uphold there end of the reservation then customers would get 50 off there ticket. I was very calm and nice when mentioning this. Terry looked me in the face and said “not here your not getting 50 off from me” and could not have been more rude, I stayed calm and showed him where on the website it said this and he said “ I don’t care what that says, you don’t have to get a truck from here”. Already purchasing movers I had no choice, and I explained to him I’ll just talk to corporate about this, and I was not there to argue with him. If I do not see the 50 come off the bill I will be disputing the charge and have pictures of everything that uhaul promises on there side.

bryan ruvoloThe drop off location was unattended which is unusual for a Monday afternoon. The App was useful in helping with the return. The parking lot was packed with trailers and trucks. Luckily, the previous customer had just left when I arrived and was able to maneuver. If someone else was trying to drop off at the same time it would have been tough. There was not enough room to turn around with a trailer attached.

The truck was blocked in, and my U-Haul app crashed during a call with customer service that prevented me from getting in to the gate for the keys. It was very frustrating and delayed my family’s and my schedule significantly. Thankfully check-in was quick and painless

William JaroncykClearly mark Entrances and Exits would be nice. I was given entrance by Google Maps and after entering found out that no exit was marked. Tire tracks in the grass on the right side of the house the office is located in was not very reassuring. Several maneuvers were tried with no avail to line up the truck for return. Finally I had to remove the dolly just to turn the truck around. The Return After Hours(due to longer travel plans) took way longer than expected. Also because I rented a dolly and blankets I was suppose to leave a padlock on the truck? if I could have purchase a lock right there I would have, but neither the dealer where I picked up the equipment told me nor the videos about returning equipment.
Tony DunnickGO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A U-HAUL. -My pickup reservation was cancelled without notifying me which caused a significant delay in my move -The truck cabin and box were filthy -This location has zero space to park your car if you intend to leave it there -It's a pain to get in-and-out of with a large truck due to local roads and an over-crowded parking lot
