Never rent from here. They do not follow U-Haul’s policies. I extended for an 8th day and was charged an extra week (no one cold figure out why… b/c it’s what this owner does). I extended for the extra week b/c they charged me. I turned it in a day early… I was not refunded my extra day. The staff is rude. If all U-Huals were this store. You would be bankrupt. I’ll put in a BBB complaint perhaps an ADA complaint. It’s that bad, and I just got thru telling my rep how great UHaul is. The guy working there berated me when I showed up. He was surly at best. Dropping off this guy was told me to move my van (your van) by banging on the window. No “hello” “please” or “thank you” I was in parking spot, but a guy was picking up a trailer and wanted easy access. I actually assumed he was just a jerk with the guy in the truck. I didn’t think he actually worked there. I’d love to send you the picture of this U-Haul’s handwritten policies taped on the desk with a single piece of tape.

These people know what they’re doing and understand the experience from the user’s point of view. I have another coming up next week and I have no anxiety about moving now. We’re saving $6,000 dollars moving ourselves and we’re not carrying a thing. They helped us find loaders and unloaders in each city. Save some money. Do what we did!

Danny ThurmanClean, yes. However, the various mechanisms on the tow dolly were in significant need of lubrication. This was pointed out to the customer service representative upon return. Other than that everything went very smooth. Very satisfied all other aspects of the transaction.

The last minute change of location and mis communication from the call center agent Omar led us to spend a lot more time, miles and dollars for this rental we had reserved weeks ago.

Jonathan KisorThe agent was lazy and didn’t have my dolly/pads in the truck I reserved. I had to put the heavy dolly in the truck myself in the rain. It should have already been in the truck when I arrived.
Falicia MitchellThere was NO GAS also asked for a 2 inch ball hitch was told there would be one on there and gas and neither of them happened . The mobile app took me 45 minutes to just follow the steps to rent the dam. Uhaul.
Serenity LandI was notified within 30 minutes of my trailer pock up time that I had to go to a new location. That should not be allowed. Also, nowhere on the paperwork does it say you have to be on property to use the Mobil checkin app. Finally, there isn't enough light to disconnect the trailer. And it was very difficult to disconnect.

Leonel GarciaThey explained the after hours drop-off. Which was my preferred choice. I dropped it off the night before I had to and had left over a quarter of a tank more gas than when I got it. I did get charged an extra $12 for going over the estimated mileage. If I had talked to the store attendant I would have told them to give that extra gas to the next customer. Maybe that is not possible.
Scott MooreThe truck I rented had a/c problems. Also the next morning it wouldn't start, I finally got it started in neutral, it would not go in park. It needs better maintenance done on it.
