The same thing happened with the drop off as with the pickup - because no person was there the website did not recognize where we were dropping off and did not register - we spent over an hour there just to drop off the truck. The person who finally texted with us was helpful but it was not great and I will not do it again that way.

Everything was okay but I reserved the car was at the location and had to wait 45 minutes after my reservation. I feel like I got cheated on my time and money. It was not fair, especially when it states it would guarantee me a time. I didn't get my car until way after my appointment.

Actually there service was awesome. The reservation center screwed me up all morning. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and the reservation center screwed up completely. No way to run a business. Very Very bad.

The staff at Belvedere Liquors were great, however the online check in process was terrible and took us over 45 minutes in the sun, with no data connection, low phone memory to take 12 different photos, retake them because they're blurry, get kicked out of the website and start over, all while I had to go to the bathroom. Again the staff was apologetic about having to use the online check in, but I will never put myself through that again. Hands down the hardest part of the move and a huge pain. And I'm a person who knows how to use a smartphone, I can't imagine how frustrated an older person might be. Believe me we needed to buy some liquor after dealing with U-Haul online check in.

I would never rent a Uhaul from this place ever again!They are very unprofessional.I paid for the Uhaul the same day I rented it!They said that I have rented the Uhaul 5/23-5/28 however the price was correct but I called and told them that I brought the Uhaul back the same day and the guy hung up on me.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.They even took out of my account four days after I rented the Uhaul.I called to ask why and he hung up on me again!

I was having trouble checking in for my reservation to pick up my truck rental with the U-Haul App. The woman who worked at Belvedere Wine And Spirits was very helpful getting me checked in and be on my way. The service at this location is excellent!

The 24/7 Share is awful! I reserved 2 times....both time the key was NOT in the lock box, and it was NOT inside the store neither time. I then reserved for a 3rd time, but given inaccurate information, so I could not get this truck either! On the 4th reservation all was fine. This has been a very frustrating & negative experience for me.

I had a reservation at 9am. When I arrived the location was boarded and locked up. The employees arrived at 10am.

When I called the location to verify pick up after receiving a text from uhaul that said “call to verify,” the owner said that they were going on vacation and I couldn't pick it up til next week. I explained that I booked the reservation three weeks ago and we planned to pick it up at 9. He said “fine, we'll see you at 9.” I called them around 8:45am when we were on our way and no one picked up. I kept calling back until someone finally answered and said we were on our way. They said ok. We got there and the location was locked up with a padlock and no one was there. We call back again to see what is happening and again, no answer. I continued to call since we had people waiting to help us move at our storage unit. They finally answered at 9:30 (30 minutes after scheduled pick up time) and said they were 2 minutes away. When the owners showed up- we got no apology for them being late. The truck was dirty in both the front and back cabin. Staples on the floor, mud, stuff that could be swept away quickly by the owners if they tried. Definitely DO NOT go here to rent your uhaul.

There needs to be a posting about the $25 cleaning fee. It is not mentioned anywhere in the contract. And was rather upsetting to get when we only had the vehicle for 1.5 hours and returned exactly as we received it. The cleaning fee was more then the rental.

The vehicle was extremely dirty. Had to clean from out of pocket. The operators are not basically knowledgeable about the workings of U-Haul. But the most crucial thing is the cleanliness of the vehicle. It's a solid truck but not well cared for.

The entire process from UHaul was terrible. I asked for a specific pick up location and the day prior to pick up I was given another pick up location. Then on the day of pick up a was given a third pick up location (Teds Liquors) and when I got there I was told there was no truck for me to pick up. Teds called someone who released the ONE truck that was at that location.

We were billed for an extra day because the agent did not clock us in as dropping it off at the correct time. Said he would handle it later. Should have known. The inconvenience of asking for a refund was not a hassle, Uhaul refunded if to us, but if I didn't check, I would have been charged. Uhaul agents were very helpful, the drop off store could have been more precise recording the arrival of the truck.

It was very difficult to get the rental from this retailer. Once we got the truck, we saw there was a pile of dirt in the truck. Luckily, at my apartment I had a broom because we had to fully sweep the truck before putting my items inside. Not clean at all.

Upon arrival and providing proof of a reservation and the email showing assignment of my reservation to this location, the clerk continually insisted he did not have a 15' truck for me even though it was obviously on the lot and continually tried to give me a 10' truck and insisted they were almost the same size. It was not until his supervisor finally came in that I was able to get the truck I needed.

This was the third location we went to after the first location (Basher and Sons) closed two hours before our scheduled pick up time. It took us two hours of driving around before we arrived at Teds Liquors. Then 45 minutes of the proprietor on the phone with uhaul customer service before we finally left with a truck.

Have lock boxes placed at location. No pickup instructions were emailed prior to pickup. The customer service representative did not notify me that the keys were inside of the truck until all the steps were processed which I was unaware. Also, I was unable to pick the drop off location after order which is very misleading, and caused me to return the truck at pickup location adding over $100 to my rental. Horrible experience. I Will not be using u haul for any future moves.
