Not locations fault but when I did my reservation, the location I chose said the trailer was available at the place I chose. I did get a message saying it changed but i didn't notice the location changed, thought it was only the time was 30 minutes later. Me driving to the wrong location then to the right location added almost 2 hours to my task because i specifically chose the original place because it was close to where i needed to be, not paying attention to the message my fault but if the equipment was not available at that location why did you allow me to pick it?! Come on UHAUL! Not the first time this happened to me. If you knew I couldn't do that location I wouldve be cool and adjusted my plans. 2nd- The 6x12 trailers are not light, even when empty. I can't believe you don't install tongue jacks to help hook up and unhook the trailer. Im not weak or old but after a very long day of moving, loading and unloading, my body is beat. Unhooking it while soar and tired makes a simple task into a painful chore. Installing a Jack will actually tell your customers you get it and are there to help may a stressful time of moving a little easier.

The 6 X 12 trailer is fairly heavy, and may be difficult for 1 person to remove after hours. Customers might want to consider returning the trailer during normal operating hours to ensure assistance is available.

Sales rep check gas close to 1/2 it was not it was 3 hair lines over 1/4 tank, he told me to make sure I clean the truck. I was dropping truck off, had to hook a uturn and trash came from under the seat. This experience was not good for me.

I made the reservation at the Andrews AFB site - it was all kinds of wrong. Wrong pick up date, wrong drop off, wrong equipment... A giant mess. Dean at Beltway did a good job of fixing it.
