Just to explain in detail how much everything will cost, although it was reasonable, it would be nice to know the price with the additional costs so I'll have in mind on what I'll be charged, not just the rental fees and miles but also the additional fees. But overall it was reasonable. I would go back.

Darlene SThis has nothing to do with the rental location we used. Your app apparently doesn't keep track of what kind of additional equipment each location actually has. It allowed us to reserve a dolly even though this location doesn't keep them in stock. Your equipment database needs to maintain this information accurately. This will minimize client dissatisfaction with UHaul and, more importantly, with individual locations who have no control over what the app allows customers to reserve.
Mark LDropped off the truck after hours here. Location was tough to find as it's not an actual Uhaul so only a small Uhaul sign in the window letting you know they do Uhaul stuff. Not a big deal but just a little confusing when returning the truck.
Carl WNo information provided in advance about how to pick up the van when location is closed. No utility dolly included although we had reserved it with the van. Repeatedly told it would be removed from our bill and of course it was not.

And then the truck was dirty and dusty inside the whole Uhaul truck also when driven the it felt off and wobbly like something was wrong with the truck very dangerous to drive in.

Ali LThe cargo area of the van was wet. There were several puddles. The rep was help and attempted dry it with papery towels. However, a wet vehicle was to move items is very problematic. Also the horn of the vehicle did not work. The service at this location was great, but the vehicle provide was subpar. I would choose a different location with more vehicles next time, to avoid this problem.
