Provide exact location of vehicles pickup the states UHaul on the building . Went to pick up after hours , but the vehicle and keys were at an offsite lot,. Address provided for pick up on my reservation , was not the address for me to pick up. When I arrived at the location the Uhaul was not ready and I had a deadline to meet and I had to sit for A very long time waiting to get the keys. And then the truck was dirty and dusty inside the whole Uhaul truck also when driven the it felt off and wobbly like something was wrong with the truck very dangerous to drive in.Saffiya M.

The cargo area of the van was wet. There were several puddles. The rep was help and attempted dry it with papery towels. However, a wet vehicle was to move items is very problematic. Also the horn of the vehicle did not work. The service at this location was great, but the vehicle provide was subpar. I would choose a different location with more vehicles next time, to avoid this problem.Alfatah M.
