DOUGLAS BThe employees were great but U-Haul needs to work on how they run things like why make someone reserve a trailer at a location if someone else can come get it before you it was a huge inconvenience to have to drive 30 minutes the opposite direction to get a trailer that I had reserved 2 miles from my home and then U-Haul wouldn’t let me return the trailer to the site closer to me they made me drive 30 minutes back to the Bellville location so U-Haul gets a 1 star from me

William AUnfortunately it was not very close to where I lived, but the man that helped me was very understanding and helped me with this issue. He was very nice and courteous. He also helped me find the place where I was to drop off the truck. I thank them very much.
Teresa CI was informed by a supervisor with UHaul to drop off my rental at this location even though they were closed. I did as instructed and placed key in lockbox only to get a charge Monday morning for an after-hours drop off fee. Stay open then if it such a hassle to drop off a vehicle after hours! Would not recommend either location and quite frankly UHaul at this moment. Just felt totally disrespected by the whole experience.
Jimmy GUnfortunately, I couldn't use the trailer. It was too short. I had to return it and call a tow truck. It wasn't their fault. I understand it is business ,but a partial refund sure would help. Money is tight.

Frederick ROne rear light was inoperable, location checked, I didn’t, next time I will do it myself.
Dennis LThey lied about the mileage and gas and I wasn’t even able to submit it because the website wasn’t working. I was supposed to get everything at a discounted rate and have extra miles but still got charged the full amount.
Dylan VI would like to add that I moved to sealy. Attempted to drop off at the sealy location and was told they wouldn't accept the truck back. So I would have to take it to the bellville location which added mileage that I was charged for. I feel that yhe sealy location was unprofessional and rude. I personally would never use a uhaul through the sealy location ever.

Joel CThe staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that left a negative impression with me was providing the name of someone who knows me. Of course, a longtime friend had just walked in and was able to testify as to knowing me, but I have been living in Bellville, TX since 1976, and am well known in the community having spent 32 years in law enforcement, most of which was in Bellville and Austin County, Texas. That said, I do understand the question, which is associated with debt collection.

Michael HRefuse to work with other Bellville location on highway 159 across street from Dollar General. That Uhaul business owner was rude and refused to help load and secure trailer on hitch. I had to leave and hire someone to help lid the 9x12’ trailer on my hitch. That owner also directed me to return the trailer to his location because he will not help unload it and didn’t want to mess with it. I know multiple people in Bellville that have experienced the same unprofessional and rude treatment. I cannot believe Uhaul still allows that man to represent Uhaul.
