I was told to drop it off anywhere but when I tried to drop it off I was told to take it to the drop off location U-Haul chose

This is the best storage location we've ever used. All the people here are so nice and helpful. Moving is stressful and they do everything they can to make it a better experience.

No complaints with this location, actually easier to work with than other locations I've used. Will definitely use again whenever a moving truck is needed.

However, I do not like the online only U-Haul crap. The location was closed when I returned the truck (I knew it would be), but Uhauls online system could not find my location. I allowed location and nada. So so so frustrating. Engine light came on after we had loaded everything. This location is very nice, family owned and run, but U-Haul’s system is crap. I needed a truck with a ramp. Home Depot did not have one. Only in extreme cases will I use U-Haul again.

The guy helped was super nice. Only comment I have is gas in the truck. My expectation was that it gas tank was full when I took a truck so that I could return with a full gas tank, but it was well below half at the time I rent and I could not guesstimate how many gallons were required fill the less than half ( original position). So I refilled as almost full and it was little less than full (3/4) when I returned the turn. I think filled about 6 gallons more (around $18) than I was supposed to. I talked to a guy if they could count it but he said they could not. So my calculation was I paid more for gas. When I use rental car they always have full gas tank so it is easier to make a full when return, but U-hall did not have full tank.

I was taken for $400 on a $20 rental box truck. I live 5 minutes from the uhaul facility. I was told my deposit would be credited back. It never was then the person gave me $40 dollars out of their pocket because they felt bad I was scammed out of $400 Dollars. I wish uhaul would take responsibility for their mistakes and refund me my money.

I was overcharged. Firstly we estimated that we were gonna use 20 miles for a small truck and about $58 was temporary charged to my account but after we came back, we only used 6 miles and not only was the same amount charged to me but an additional charge of about $13 was added to the amount given. Before I left I asked the lady if the charge was going to be organized and she said yes but it wasn’t.

For some reason it would not let me select this location for drop off through the reservation itself. However, I called this location to see if it was possible to drop off here and they let me. Staff was very friendly and even called U-Haul to make the change in the system on my behalf. Thanks so much for making this a great experience! Only recommendation would be to allow customers to select all locations in the reservation.

Warning lights on vehicle were on at rental. Apparently they were waiting on maintenance to reset the lights. Not a problem, but why I said the vehicle was not well maintained. The office staff is absolutely terrific and the location is beautiful!

I rented the 10' uHaul, but it wasn't returned on time. So, they gave me the 15' for the same price. Very nice. They were organized, friendly, and fair. Definitely would recommend.

My rating could have been a lot better but I was totally screwed over when I got my bill. Someone put the wrong mileage on my contract and when I got back and checked my mileage to what I got charged I was overcharged. I use an app for my business that keeps track of every drive I make and I could prove it and they didn’t care. Nothing they could do but apologize. Never going back there and thinking I might not even use U-haul again. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of.

This location had a lady who was rude and tried saying she turned my account to collections when I asked her for an explanation of the charges. You have no right automatically doing so without an explanation of charges. I didn’t even go far and one of the items I chose wasn’t what I thought it would be. Anyways the total came out to be $64. I will never consider uhaul again for my moving needs. Too high cost and for little miles.
