Before I picked up my Uhaul at this location, I was hesitant as there were bad reviews. My pick up was for 7:30am (store hours were 6a-9p). When I went to pick up, no one was there so I could not get the keys. Tried to call the store number and it just rang and rang. Sat on hold with Uhaul for 20 mins before someone was free to talk to me. By the time I reached Uhaul Customer Service, the owner of the store pulled up and unlocked the place to give me my key. (honestly -I think he only came because we may have set off the store alarm by knocking and trying to open the door/look thru windows...) He barely said anything - not even an apology for being late. As a person with anxiety and on a time frame - this was a disastrous morning that did not help during a big move. 0/10 would recommend this location. Also, the Uhaul was very dirty in the back. We needed to clean it before we put our stuff in it.Katrina W.
When I arrived to pick up the trailer the only person at the station did not know how to do u-haul so he called his boss who told him to let me take the trailer and return it after he got there. So I waited until 2pm to return it. When he completed the contract he said it was a $34 charge I said no it was less than $27 he said it was an environmental fee which I found out later fee that I had had added a $8.00 save trip fee that I had declined during online reservation He is a crook!!Joseph H.
There was a little issue with billing. But after making a phone call to u haul, I was able to get it set straight. Overall good experience.ANTHONY S.

Newly opened center. The person working when I dropped off (9 October, approximately 6:00 PM) The person working there had no idea how to check in the trailer, his comment: "well, I will have to wait for my boss to be in tomorrow to put it in the system."Matthew R.

I did arrive 20 minutes early, but had to wait for the manager to arrive, who finally showed up 10 minutes past my appointment time. Hook up went smoothly. Upon return, clerk could not check me in and said manager would be here in 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes he said I could leave and everything would be taken care of, which I was hesitant about because I had not been given a receipt or had the trailer looked at for return.
