Hand truck and dolly were not at site as ordered on-line. Actual U-Haul truck was clean and drove very well.

Truck was super dirty in cab area and had an atrocious smell. Also odometer kept changing modes so I felt like it was not accurate. The bill was nearly 1/3 higher than originally quoted thats a large window. Also rental beginning was 45 minutes rental return with nearly as long seems awfully time-consuming.

We had signed up for the 24/7 pick up/drop off but when we finished signing in on our phone, 50 minutes when by and we still didn’t have approval to take the truck. The keys were inside the store so we had to cancel our reservation and start a completely different one inside the store for the same truck. Online we ordered 2 dollies and they weren’t even in the truck. When we were done and dropped off the truck, our invoice shows that we were charged for the $56 safe move plus. We were not asked if we wanted that package. In fact, I signed up for the $14 package when I signed up online. What a mess.

The dolly for my car was brought in for my rental and it was not in great shape. One of my cars tire strap came loose when I got to my destination.

Shorter wait time

Very simple check in/out. Customer trust is high that they give it to you and you return it in good condition. The vehicle I had was definitely used a long time with 100k miles but it worked for a small project. The ramp was critical and made my unloading a toolbox a breeze.

Only had 1 trailer and 1 10 foot box truck, but they had what I needed.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. When renting this morning we requested a blankets were told “I have a business to run and don’t have time to find them”. It took a half hour this morning to rent it and 45 minutes to return it. I was also charged for 2 Dollys and only recived one.

My only complaint is that I had to retrieve the trailer and hook it up myself. Luckily I have rented this trailer before and knew what needed to be done.

The staff didn’t know anything but were to park the trailer, the storage lot entrance was so bad it almost tore up my vehicle and there was so much trash and broke down cars you could barely even maneuver, I had to unhook the trailer myself they didn’t supply a jack had to use the tire jack from my car as I am not strong enough to pick up the trailer off the ball when I used my jack their drop off location is slopped and trailer fell off jack and almost hit my car not once did anyone attempt to help me from this dealer.

They did not have enough room to park the truck and they were busy waiting on convenience store customers so I had to wait to check the truck in.

This location seemed sketchy at best. There was one person working there, and it took over half an hour to finally get the paperwork for the truck. There was a room that said 18 & up only with a beaded curtain that could easily be seen through, which contained things I don't want my children seeing. When I finally got out to the truck, even though the paperwork stated the gas tank was full, it was at 3/4 off a tank. I didn't have the time at that point to go back in and spend however much time it would've taken to rectify that mistake. I snapped a picture to show that the mileage was the same as it was on the paperwork, but the tank was not full.

I was overcharged. The guy said that he rented me the wrong truck and the bill was messed up. He took about half hour or longer trying to "fix the problem" and said my bill of $70.00 would be sent to me by email. I only drove 31.75 miles and obviously am being charged for the other person's truck rental. I want this corrected asap!

Need side steps for short people. The packing area was filthy . We had to put carpet down to protect items being moved.

Stop using them. Lady was very friendly but no one knew what was going on or could help. Just took money and left us alone to figure it out for ourselves

The internet was not working and had to be done on a phone. Found out in Michigan that the hitch screw was broken and drove all the way without the hitch screwed on properly. This was found by the employee in Grand Rapids when they could not unscrew the hitch because it was broken and never screwed on. They said they would take the trailer out of service.

Assistant stopped helping with my return 3 times to wait on other "paying" customers buying drugs and alcohol. Felt like i was going to get mugged by the rif raf in the area inside and out. Worst u haul experience I have ever had from start to finish.

Your web site to book a trailer is way too complicated. Takes too long and is very technical. You ask too many questions. Keep it simple.

They didn’t have any tools to change out the ball for the truck to tow the trailer, messed up on the contract and charged me then had to reverse the entire transaction and re-do it, then charged me 30 dollars more for two items I didn’t want or need. Although I am being refunded the first transaction and the mess up from the second one, I have over 300 bucks pending in my account now from them as banks aren’t open on the weekends to “release” holds. Then my dad had to go buy a new ball as they said his wouldn’t fit, when it completely would have.

Customer Service Was Great they were super fridndly

It upset me that my reservation was for 4pm, but when I arrived at 4:15pm the equipment was not there because the previous renter had not returned it. I had to wait for it to come back. Uhaul should not schedule a pick-up for the same time the return is due. This was a waste of my time.

Not all of the store employees are as comfortable with the U-haul software. Checking out the truck took over 15 minutes. It should have been a 5 minute transaction because I reserved it ahead of time. Please train employees on each shift so your customers don't have to pay for their lack of familiarity with the system.

The car hauler I wanted was only available in this location. Not enough items in the area.

This place was rough! Lots of scary people hanging out in the store. No one to help unhook in the back which was also sketchy. Yowsa, why did you send me here which was far away from what I asked for in Crestwood, MO? It was like a scene out of deliverance.

Truck was not cleaned out from last usage. I was told they had a truck for 19.95 a day. When we got our invoice, it was for 29.95. She never told me I was renting a higher priced vehicle. I asked for the largest truck at the 19.95 price point. Office there sold drug paraphernalia & smelled like an ash tray that had never been cleaned. I will never use her again.

I called ahead of time to ask the ball size, they didn't know. They didn't come outside. They didn't help us lift the trailer onto the ball. They were nice inside.
