Convenient and good service

Timothy TThe uhaul was very slow making the mileage more extra than it should've been. Overall having a slow truck on the road causes tickets and damage and it was really hard for us because of the honking of how slow this truck was given to us and as the engine was really messed up in this uhaul making our travel very slow , Expensive and a hassle on us. The air conditioning to this car was close to nothing at all! It was 85+ degrees and the air conditioner did not work making the moving way harder than it should've been again! As me and my husband sweated the whole way through loading and unloading and driving! I am really upset about this and really want a refund !

Rafael HMy reservation rate changed when i went to pick up the vehicle. It increased over $800 and i was told that there was nothing i could do, i had to pay that amount in order to leave with the vehicle and take it up with Uhaul. Now I have been chasing down Uhaul for answers and a refund as that was not the rate i agreed to when i made the reservation. If i would've known that, i would have never chose Uhaul as there were cheaper rates elsewhere. I felt like my hands were tied as I had no choice but to pay that amount as it was for a move and i was closing that day and needed to be out of my house. I had no time to make other accomodations.
John LCustomer service is excellent, the owner if facility is extremely helpful & professional. I have been to many Uhaul rental locations, this one by far is my preferred one...

Salvatore BI was charged for gas even though the vehicle was returned with more gas than it started with. I have photographic evidence to prove it. I notified the location and they send they would credit my card. So far I haven't seen the refund. I do not understand how such an error could happen.

John aI just want to say I was supposed to pick up a 15' and when I arrived there was only a small truck. The gentleman behind the counter promised me for the inconvenience $.99 a mileage instead of $1.89. I was charged and billed for the $1.89 and the error was never corrected even with me calling them. For this I am dissatisfied you cannot promise a $$ and then charge another.

andrew rThe trailer had no electrical connection, I had to go home to pick up my connector. Or wait for technician to come after being told the trailer was ready for pickup. I had to physically connect the trailer to my truck, directly on the ground the tongue laid. Very poor management.

NICHOLASD EPrevious renter returned the equipment 90 minutes late, causing my schedule to crash.....which cost me $225.00 in extra labor...plus 4 hours of my own time....

Susan BThe person behind the counter was very nice and helpful. The pick up location lacked the facilities to make it a one stop shopping experience. We received a 10 ft truck that looked like its exterior was used on a Mosquito J@e road trip (hundreds of smashed dead bug carcass) and poorly swept rear interior. We drove up the block to pick up to a uhaul dealer to pick up missing moving blankets. The 2 uhaul representatives were great. One was nice enough to fill the empty windshield reservoir.

Andrew SI reserved a 6x12 trailer days in advance before I was to pick it up, when I arrived there was no trailer except the smaller 5x9 trailer, so I rented that one, and was charged for the bigger one,

ANA MI would like to start by saying I'm the type of customer that never "complains to the manager". Made the appointment on U-haul main website was contacted 2x to reschedule, and asked to change truck size. Truck was dirty, transmission was shot always stuck in 1st gear over revving. Rented moving blankets, they informed me they only had 12 instead of 20. When I looked in the truck there was none. U-Hauls main website directed me to one address, I called the confirmation phone number that was texted to me because the office was closed at my appointment time, was told to drive down the road to a sketchy weed pipe/bong shop where a kid took my credit card. Called the weed shop 3x on my way back with the truck to see if they were open and they never picked up the phone. This experience was so poor, I couldn't believe this major company was still in business.
