Your corporate office out of St. Joe, moved my reservation from Beemer in Maryville, to their location which is 50 miles away from me in St. Joe. So when I went to Beemer Mon morning he showed no reservation even though I had made one there the week before. He saved my day by renting me the truck anyway since I had a crew ready to help me move. Your corp office just about really messed me up. Maybe I should use another co next time.ELDON L.
This was a minor issue for me. For after-hours drop-off, I was told to send them a photo of the equipment after drop-off, but there was no indication of where to send it -- text number or email address. I turned my equipment early, so this wasn't an issue for me. Posting an email address or textable number on the door would have helped. Otherwise, no issues at all!Kurt H.

We were told that the vehicle had gas in it & when we were to drop it off, we would need to do the same & put gas in it. We had driven it around 25 miles & the gas light came on. We put in 27 gallons of gas $80.00. The tank only holds 30 we were told when we dropped it off. It apparently hadn't been filled before we got it. Not happy. We spent over $100.00 on gas. Now, we owe 14.00 more dollars because of the extra mileage because of road work. Not happy.MARVIN E.

They were closed early due to upcoming holiday. Did not know that nor informed of that. Mobile pick up only works if the area you are in has good service. This area does not. App pages would not load!!!! Over an hour and three calls to finally check out and get the code! BS!KENNETH D.

I had one heck of a time! The confirmation for online reservation was invalid as it didn't show afterwards, I'm glad I called to confirm a couple days prior to reservation date that all was ready. I called both the pick up location and corporate number. A nice lady took care of entering reservation manually. We repeated/confirmed dates/times several times during the call. We returned the trailer in 22 hrs. Two days later I received an email w copy if rental contract. Where was that prior to pick up?? I'm glad I looked at it carefully as we were double charged due to human error, which was upsetting. Once I reported it, it was corrected. It's frustrating to have to 2X everything. I don't appreciate having to do all the legwork and communication that should be taken care of by competent employees.FRANCIS M.

Trailer almost rolled down the hill and into traffic. This happened even with it being parked on parking lot. Had to keep trailer attached to truck by chain until I found something to chuck the wheels.Keith M.

Updating the pictures of vehicles that have been damaged would save a little time. There were X stickers on the dents, which the person at the location said meant it was already on record, but the picture I was asked to approve did not include the damage. Therefore updating the picture would be helpful. Everything else was good.SHARON S.

They were very nice but I was a little frustrated because the other place said bring back the truck at a quarter or just over a quarter full, which I did, but Beemers indicated it wasn't enough, so they charged be 12 dollars for gas. It wasn't their fault but I didn't feel I should be charged. She did let me know and apologize so they were quite nice about it.LESLIE A.

Wasn't the location's fault but someone at Uhaul extended the rental on the truck I was supposed to pick up at 8:00, so there was a 45 minute delay of me picking up the truck while they called the customer that had it to have them return it.Kirk Y.

My vehicle broke down and I needed to rent a car to get back 'n forth to work. There was NO PLACE to rent a car in Maryville, Missouri. My mechanic suggested renting a U-Haul truck. Excellent idea. The renting process was smooth and hassle free (I was really upset over my car and had it not been smooth, you would've heard about it) !! I rented the smallest truck on the lot for $19.95 and it drove like a dream. Returned it the next day after calling Enterprise for a rental and the return process was just as easy. In fact, I got mileage credit because I didn't drive the full 40 miles. WOW !!! Thank you, U-Haul. You saved my life !!!!KAREN K.
