The ac did not work temp in coalinga was 96 and the truck looked as if it was sitting for months very dirty I had to to a car wash and rinse it.

Older man was not very familiar with no contact and started doing my case on his computer - while I was checking in on phone- turned into a big cluster- he need to be more familiar with the u hauls new co contact policy and respect decisions- also- he wasn’t even there for a good fifteen minutes and place is a pig sty! There was garbage everywhere and truck was filthy! I said it was clean on check in just so I could get outa there!then I cleaned it! Lance

Diane SI would simplify getting to you on line. I and many others are older and have a hard time navigating the web. Once i get as far as accessing you and ready to order, a patron should not have to go back out and go to his email to retrieve a code and try again to re-enter and your site doesn't accept the code your company had just sent to my email. this happened 3 times. Your regional representative who called me to confirm my order talked to me like I should know all the ins and outs of the Moving business. Maybe you can have your reps have a little empathy and assist the customer to make the right decisions to make their transition easier since moving for whatever reason is such a stressful time, not make the customer feel inadequate or stupid because they didn't think of everything. That was my experience with your company. However the local U-haul service was excellent and everything was there. I will use your service again, but will not tolerate a condescending attitude from a regional representative.
Michael LThe trailer that was rented was not of sufficient size to fit the vehicle we were towing. We returned the trailer and it took 2 hours to complete the paperwork so we could leave. During that time my credit card was charged 3 times. There was an issue because I prepaid for the trailer online and the person that helped me had a lot of computer issues.

Jeffrey MService at this location was fine. the fact that i had to drive 90 miles, one way, to pick up this trailer was not. There are several outlets in Bakersfield, and one of them should have a 5x9 trailer.
John TThe representive Tim was very rude, he didn’t explain any charges and just gave us an amount we owed, he exaggerated the state of the vehicle upon return so we were charged a cleaning fee, his location/ office was very disorganized and did not seem inviting or a trusting place to be at.
