They took great care of me they greeted me outside reviewed everything checked out the truck made sure everything was ok asked if I had any questions shook my hand and thanked me for choosing Uhaul! By far the best drop off I’ve ever experienced!

Easy reservation, easy to hook up to and do what I had to do and return the trailer. Trailer pulled just fine and easy.

Make sure to let them know they need pictures of the mileage and all of the internal cab before turning the keys back in. We didn’t know we had to do all of that and turned the keys in. Also this location is a good drop off location definitely not a pick up location unless you have/want to do it mobile.

The truck had the check engine light on. I was charged 14 dollars for insurance I didnt ask for or need. When I returned the truck. The man was rude. Didn't check truck with me there. I asked about a receipt. He was rude just said you will get by email. I won't go back to this location. I think I deserve a discount for the service and rudeness

Only if they get correct information put in on the return vehicle since mine was put in wrong and I have been overcharged for the mileage because the service person put in the wrong mileage Still waiting for a refund from U-Haul of $1256.64

Such a friendly and helpful guy where we returned the truck. A very convenient location for us to return a truck and it is just that much nicer when you are dealing with such a nice, helpful and professional person, which is the case at this location. Much appreciated.

The person who checked the truck in noted the wrong fuel level so that, combined with the fact that we had inadvertently changed the fuel tank level while we were trying to figure out how to submit the odometer photo when we picked the truck up, caused a huge charge on our card. After seeing that charge, we went back to the drop off location and they verified the fuel level then called U-Haul. The U-Haul representative and the local person were able to figure out what happened and correct both the pick-up and drop-off fuel levels so the fuel charge was refunded. They were very helpful and we appreciate their efforts.

Service was horrible!! Did not have the truck I rented and had to get a bigger size. I know this may sound crazy but getting the bigger size damaged a few not much but did. I returned 30 minutes later than expected get charged an extra and they were kind enough to add a cleaning fee even though truck was returned in exact condition I took. Not to mention was also charged a utility tool fee that I never received!! Uhaul is quick to take your money but when getting refund they say it can take up to 48 hours. Very disappointed in the service of Uhaul and their respected dealers. Would not recommend and of course next time will be Penske or Budget for sure!!!

I called to cancel. Spoke to 2 different people who said it was canceled but I still got billed because the Uhaul trailer was marked 'deployed'. I never picked it up or left even visited this location. How can I get this fixed?

The trailers brakes were terrible. I almost jacknifed it on a bridge when the surrounding traffic stopped quickly, they did not work. As an RV owner with many years of trailer experience I know how to drive a trailer and these brakes were terrible. I kept my '2000 foot stare' up for the entire trip.

The gentleman either pretended to or didn’t speak English well enough to understand my questions. He attempted to increase my rental fee which I had prepaid by $110! I had to call Uhaul to straighten this out. He was friendly and polite. The equipment was clean. He did not know proper hookup for trailer (luckily I did).

Require updates on mechanical maintenance/upkeep of vehicles. My rental had service stabilitrak alert/ service tire pressure alert/ engine speed reduce alert. Would only go 35/40 up a small hill. I had traffic backed up. I had to keep pulling off to allow traffic by.

This was a last minute reservation from uhaul after the first location did not have the truck originally reserved. Of course we did not know they did not have the truck until after arrived at the location to pick it up and my girlfriend had already left to go to work.

I would never recommend u haul. Made reservation unable to pick up at time as truck wasn’t back from prev customer. No call when it did arrive. When I called to find out if available later in the day was told yes but I should get there before someone else. Even though I had a reservation!!!

U-Haul moved us here the afternoon before and kept our pickup via mobile device. This location doesn't do that and I had to wait over an hour for the owner of the grocery and then the liquor store to show up and give me keys. Horrible check out experience and delayed my entire move

Even after all the trouble we had with the trailer they still charged us $25 to clean and already clean truck and trailer.

I had to drive an hour out of my way (30 minutes each way) to drop off the truck because Uhaul would not let me return the truck to a Uhaul location that was 5 minutes (less than two miles) from my home. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Uhaul in getting a truck when I needed it and returning it in a timely and convenient manner. The people I met at the locations were helpful and kind, but the company demands on me as the customer made my move that much more stressful and difficult.

The pick-up time was at 11a. We arrived and were told the truck hadn't been returned. We were given a number to call, and no other notification or assistance was provided. When we filled up the gas tank, gas leaked heavily out of the tank. It was awful.

Two trucks crammed in the back of a liquor store. Store worker handed us the keys and said to not hit his AC unit while pulling out. No walking around the truck with us or anything. Then we get a truck that ran like crap and was yucky and smelly inside.

The man I dropped the uhaul off too decided to call my cell phone at 10 pm multiple times. Finally I answer and he insisted I give him the lock combination for the new customer because they apparently didn't get it. It made me very uneasy and it was very unprofessional!
