The gas tank fill status is very ambiguous, and I was asked to contact you online if there is a disagreement. This seems to be a delay tactic. Please be transparent and easily agree on the status of the gas tank.

I had a terrible day but u haul helped me a lot to get through the day and sorry for any inconvenience caused. Happy new year and have a wonderful year ahead.

Kushal SOvercharged me on gas. As a valued customer who consistently rents, I’m very upset. This store owner must’ve charged me $11 for gas. I filled it back up to exactly what it was before. Why did I get charged extra?!??!? I FILLED GAS BEFORE I PARKED IT AND GOT THERE. I DROPPED IT OFF 2 hours early! Will not be renting again. Going to the store first thing tomorrow and giving them a piece of my mind.
Mohammad NaqviNext time, take some time to at least dust off dirt from the matting. Check dashboard lights first before deploying the van. Seems like the vehicle is poorly maintained. Also, don't call it 24/7 truck share if i have to wait for the store to open. There were lock boxes outside but for some reason they were not used. Poor service.
KENNETH REFORMAThe area must have poor network connection so my location setting was giving me issues. Took 45 minutes for check in. My understanding was that it was a self managed pick up. Turned out the store had to give me the key, which is frustrating because it is a convenience store that has a steady stream of customers who I had to wait for.

GARYGEORGE MORRISONInside front windshield was very dirty. Had to be cleaned for better driving view. Gas tank was not completely full. Gauge was on the white line when I picked up van. Upon return when I filled tank,guage marker was above white line. Therefore tank was a little short of full when I picked it up. Otherwise very happy with rental of van and would certainly rent again. Thx. B)

Tekle TessemaThe right front tire gave a warning about low tire pressure, and the tire went almost flat within 10 minutes. We used the jack supplied and changed the tire to the spare. It had good tire pressure so we continued on our way. I think there is a nail in the spare tire underneath, so I would recommend changing it or repairing it. The Uhaul location at Copenhagen drive did not charge for tire repairs. Thank you.

JASON DELEONThe people working at the convenience store we pleasant, but the truck was junk. It was a rainy day and only the passenger-side wiper blade worked - pretty dangerous. The driver's side mirrors were stuck and no amount of force could move them - this was again, pretty dangerous. I was asked for the KMs when I came back, but could not provide them as there was a warning to check the "stabilitrack" in the space for KMs. Just a note, this has been on the truck since October 2022 - the last time I rented from this location. Again, the people are fine, the truck needs help.
Jason ChennetteHi, The location was convenient for me as it was nearby to my home however I got the vehicle 15 mins late from my booking time. The vehicle had damages and parking brake release handle was also broken. I was not informed about any of the damages or broken parts. Please do complete inspection before giving it to customer.

Tyrone MorganHorrible experience with not only Uhaul overall but also with this locations agent and communication. Not only was my reservation changed to a different location, which is somewhat understandable, but I specifically requested to have an appliance dolly and there seemed to have been a communication issue with this new location's agent and costumer service and they only had a regular dolly. The agent at this location was very inpatient and rude because I was complaining about this. She is not good at all at customer service and even agreed she was not. Furthermore, I then had to spend countless time on calls with customer service and go out of my way and rush to a third location to pick up the correct dolly - which I should have been sent to from begining. Poor communication skills lead to this and I paid the price. Now I am waiting to see how further I will be compensated beyond their $50 credit for failing their reservation gaurentee.
omar chijaniThere is something wrong with the odometer of the van I used. I picked up the van around 6:38pm on 21 Dec 2022 with 38550km mileage. I drove approximately 12km in the neighborhood for a quick sofa pick up and drop off, returned the van at 7:30pm only to discover the odometer was now at 38590km. That is 40km difference. I was charged for 40km when I barely drove the van. The franchise was understanding but said there was nothing they could do and I should call U-haul traffic. I have never had this experience before. I am not sure if this is a one off or U-haul tweaks some of there vehicles. Bottom line is I was ripped off. I will speak with U-haul customer rep regarding this.

Mulianto HalimThey called since they made a mistake in their booking and requested that I cut my rental short to cover their mistake and did not offer a enticement to do so. It was a pushy ask. Returned early anyways. I am not a prick. Then the promised rate of .69/km was charged at 1.75/mi or 1.09/km. Little things that are minor on a short rental. But something that would discourage me from using again.

There was a girl setting in shop and she just brought from inside and said that its ok, just take i wont charge u. When i received a final invoice they charged me for the trolly. I called the shop and there was a rude gentlman and said if u took we have to charge for it and i said i did not request or booked it but he said u will be charged regardless. Very unethical business behaviour. Dont recommend this location.

Syed KazmiI was appalled at the length of time that it took to verify my driver's license. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to photograph the license and send it to U-Haul. This system is not designed for anyone without a cellphone, etc. A half hour delay to get the paperwork sorted out is absolutely unacceptable. On top of this, the interior of the truck that we rented was not cleaned. Overall, extremely disappointed in the process and service that we received for what should have been a very straight forward and quick transaction.
