They called since they made a mistake in their booking and requested that I cut my rental short to cover their mistake and did not offer a enticement to do so. It was a pushy ask. Returned early anyways. I am not a prick. Then the promised rate of .69/km was charged at 1.75/mi or 1.09/km. Little things that are minor on a short rental. But something that would discourage me from using again.Bradley G.

They charged extremely higher amount than expected. We refilled fuel more than it was given to us, but still they charged extra $75 from us. Which was shocking for us. I advise never rent u haul, it was such a bad experience . Its better u rent chariot than U haulsakirkhan P.

I reserved the truck at 4pm. 1st. It was delayed. 2nd. i dint reserve the trolly. There was a girl setting in shop and she just brought from inside and said that its ok, just take i wont charge u. When i received a final invoice they charged me for the trolly. I called the shop and there was a rude gentlman and said if u took we have to charge for it and i said i did not request or booked it but he said u will be charged regardless. Very unethical business behaviour. Dont recommend this location.Fazal M.

Mileage were told to be charged at $.69/mile..but I was charged $1.4/mileSyed K.
I was appalled at the length of time that it took to verify my driver's license. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to photograph the license and send it to U-Haul. This system is not designed for anyone without a cellphone, etc. A half hour delay to get the paperwork sorted out is absolutely unacceptable. On top of this, the interior of the truck that we rented was not cleaned. Overall, extremely disappointed in the process and service that we received for what should have been a very straight forward and quick transaction.Douglas H.

I am a Senior. I was charged almost $200.00, to drive less then 80 kms.cynthia C.
I was not filled with confidence by picking up my UHaul from this location. The lady behind the counter was very friendly, however seemed unsure with how the system worked and was asking me a lot of questions regarding filling out some forms that I imagine she was supposed to do. I also did not feel confident she would have been able to answer any queries about the truck.Callum M.
