Have the truck ready for the pick up time with all the dollys that the customer paoid for. Ensure that the vehicle is clean and nothing is broken. Ensure that the keys given are not faulty - make sure that the key will not break in the keyhole in the door. Ensure that the right code for the truck is sent to your office - roadside assistance was delayed due the the wrong code being sent. Inform customer about extra charges. Be more friendly, professional and helpful.

At location, service was good, but at the same location i called them and asked about a u-haul. They said there is no availability for today and tomorrow, and they cut the call. Poor customer service on phone call. When I search online at the same time same location. I was wondering that I easily reserve a cargo van for this location.

I was charged the SafeMove fee by he convenience store clerk when he made me redo the entire check in process in person (seen on my email receipt after I returned the Truck) when I had clearly declined this option when I completed my Express check-in online.

The person managing the store was very rude and incompetent. The gas was filled to the Max the pump automatically stopped making sure it was filled to the top and the man said that we should have put 20 dollars of gas. Worst customer service experience I've ever had at any store or business.

This is a convenience location and when I went back to give the keys and asked for a receipt the lady said no receipt you will receive in email and than than she sneaked in cleaning and exaggerated milage which was not correct. I will not recomend this location. they brining bad name to Uhaul

I rented a van for moving. It was in really excellent condition. I am really happy with the vehicle and rental process. Staffs were friendly and nice.

-truck needs to be cleaned , not just the floor but the steering wheel, seats, controls, etc as they were filthy. They need to be cleaned with alohocol as well. -truck mechanical maintainance does not appear to be safe; was making a lot of ending noise as well transmission was not shifting properly. -back door padlock key was not provided.

This location is also a convenience store, and every time someone else came in the clerk would stop serving us to attend to them. This meant that getting and returning the equipment took much longer than expected. Also, I reserved a furniture dolly and it was not there.

The uhaul truck and driving xperience was overall great. The customer service was bad. I had to wait so long while customer after customer arrived to buy cigarettes and play the lottery until no one else entered the store before I got Uhaul service. Also, I couldn't enter my mileage using the online truck return using Firefox browser on Android. It won't register a zero.

I would like to rate NOT this location but the location where I booked 2 days ahead. This is the worst, very bad, and terrible experience, no adjectives can described, with what happened s(905)-947-4601.. pecifically at V Mart Convenience, 2 fenton Road, Unit 1, Markham, Ontario, L3R 7B3 with phone number. My booking is 98493330, 15' MOVING VAN, Pick up date is September 29, 2019 AT 8:00 a.m. Hours Reserved is 24 hours, Rental Type is In town. HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED: On the day of September 29, 2019, We went on to this location to get the key but according to the lady who is there managing the convenience store at that time said that the 15' Moving Van was already taken by somebody ahead of at 7.45 A.M. I was really shocked, dismayed and and I felt like I am already out of my senses telling me that it was taken away. That day, I should be using the truck to move the stuff of my sister-in-law who is moving from an Apartment to a new home and that was the last day of her rent to the apartment. To my dismay, we went online again to locate Uhaul company or any moving car company. The lady was very rude without any explanation what she had done to our earlier booking. It is a clear breach of the Reservation Receipt of the Uhaul company putting me in great agony of looking for another company. Out of total desperation, we went to another Uhaul location at Nugget Avenue in Scarborough but they were not open on a Sunday. We decided to move to another Uhaul location in an effort to at least get any car. Then finally we got a smaller car a 10`` Moving Van from 9.31 A.M. to 5.27 P.M but we were asked to return it the same day at 3.30P.M.. Due to the size of the car, we were not able to return it as agreed at 3.30P.M. so were charged a double fee of the two extension. I am really furious as we should not be faulted because Uhaul Company should have provided me a 24 hour car for my moving. I paid 251.83 dollars at the Uhaul location at 5739 Finch Avenue east, Scarborough, Ontario M1B2G5 with Phone Number 4163218305. I am appealing and earnestly requesting the Uhaul Company to refund the amount due to me and recall any permit given to V Mart Convenience Store as they have not fulfilled their obligation to provide any valid reason why the car were not given to us despite the earlier booking I made. You know what, i went three times back and forth, from the apartment to the new home because of the size of the car I got. It is really frustrating and I am very sad. No words can described..... .

Horrible horrible location. Super unprofessional. Gave me the wrong truck. When I went to pay the lady didn't know what to do. 10 people lined up waiting for her to serve them because she runs the convenient store too. Told me to leave and the manager will call me. No call just a bill in my email. When I called to follow up was so rude. When I said I will let u haul know how unprofessional this location is he said he doesn't care it's not his main business anyways. Stay away from this place there is a close location beside this one go there.

I booked uhaul 15 feet when time for the pick up online account shows 10 ft uhaul is ready. I booked 10 days before n i received the mail for 15 feet truck .. i called customer service n they said we cant do any thing because 15 feet is not available. So why u booked me for 15 feet uhaul.. even they said if booking cancel or truck not available $50 is guranteed. But i didnt receive it. Garbage service. Never ever booked it again

I had to go way out of my way to get my uhaul, there was at least 20 other closer locations which were better suited. I booked 2 months in advance and had to travel over 30 mins to get this vehicle. Not impressed by the lack of arranging of vehicles.

I had a truck reserved for 7pm pick up time. I arrived shortly before 7pm to pick up the truck, but it had not yet been returned. The agent called a few times and spoke to the customer that had the truck I was waiting for to see when they were coming back. The truck didn't arrive until 8:45pm! I waited for 2 hours at the pick up point for the truck. I am very unhappy and disappointed that I had to wait this long. If this is how renting a vehicle with U Haul is I will not be using your services again!

You need to hire another customer service representative to minimize wait times for customers. I had to wait approximately half an hour to pickup my vehicle, even though I checked in online. I had to wait another half hour to return my keys because there was only one person working there.

Horrible place to rent u-haul vans...!! I did a u-haul truck rental with this agent... They took extra fuel price even though I have returned the truck with the same fuel... The owner was so aggressive, he was trying to educate me the fuel economy of GMC Savana (Cargo van) He told us to drive 25km I need to fill the gas with $12. That means the fuel economy of the van is almost 2km/ litter, which is less than the super cars... He told me, he don't know the fuel economy of other vehicles since he is using a hybrid car. Such a embarrassing explanation he made...!!! Thank god...!! U-haul is such a nice company who always give CustomerCare, I got the money back which was charged extra.!!! The CustomerCare representative and myself was laughing when I was explaining this situation, she told me this agent is trying to fool customers. She told me this agent is under observation, this agent may loose the contract if they are doing like this to customers.... For u-haul : My gentle request is to educate this agent how to maintain customer satisfaction and improve the business......!!

Van smelled like a cigarette factory, as a non smoker I was having hard time, back of the van it was covered in mud and I was moving furniture so I had to sweep and clean all the mud out. No windshield washer fluid and the check engine light was on all the time
