I originally rented a 10 foot truck for Thursday. They had to switch the rental to a 15 foot truck for Friday. It did throw our plans off by a day.

The woman that helped me was wonderful. The only issue I had was with the website. I tried to do the mobile check in/out but the website wouldn't recognize my phone location. Shelly was very wonderful in assisting me after the website issues though.

Follow through on the first agreement, and stop changing the order with out the customer's ok. .Carry the items that.are listed on the online order form I made a large order for cardboard, when I arrived I was told that they don't actually Carrie the cardboard.well, thank you!. I sign up for a 26 foot and I was given 15 .Foot truck. The lady that called to tell me ( not ask me about ) the change was very rude an she should ever be allowed to talk with a other customer. In short I am very displeased with your whole company.

Not open at a convenient time, The system would not let agent clear ;previous renter of vehicle. Had to wait an hour for it to get sorted out

Branch office employee didn’t know what they were doing upon check in, so I literally checked in myself on the phone app, after he held me up for an hour or more.

Was given trailer with bald left side tire. Steal belts visible on tire on inside. Trailer lights not working on right side. Couldn’t get trailer on requested time. Had to delay pickup four hours. Had to forfeit a hotel room on move that costed us cancellation fees and cost of new hotel room due to delay.

Was upset with the waiting to pick up the trailer that we had to use after the van we did reserve was not available for us. The computer service was a joke. I had done all my reservations online so it should of been quicker but ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes before we could get the trailer. Thanks to the screw up of not getting the truck we originally reserved we have now had to reserve a trailer twice to get our belongings moved. If my service is a mess on my next pick up on the 9th of May due to computer program problems I suggest you get a systems that works better.
