Location was a little hard to get truck out of. Food trucks customers next to building were parking their cars behind the U-Haul trucks so had to wait to retrieve truck.

Shariah WNo reflection on the attendant. Waited an extended period to get checked in and pick up equipment. Couldn't get website to load. When she was able to access the reservation had to repeat a lot of information that had already been loaded initially. Was very nice and helpful. Just not a timely efficient process.

Rovan SIt was closest to me but when I arrived it was locked. The team was actually driving my rental vehicle to the location. They arrived about 30 minutes after I got there.

kelli aI rented a 20 foot truck and only received a 15 foot. I did not realize until it was half loaded and realized not all of my things would fit. I was not unloading the truck just to load it into another when I had a very long move ahead of me I did not have the time for that. I had to pick and choose what I could take with me based off of how much room I had in the uhaul. I would like a refund for the difference in a 15 and 20 Foot truck
Emmalee JPicked up went 50 feet oil light came on went to fill up with gas bought 4 quarts of oil put in truck barely got a reading bought 4 more worrying if I was going to make it not a good experience at all
Rickie HThe music was so loud I couldn't hear myself. I had already checked in online (I had the documents with me) but when I got there they didn't have any of it so I had to do it all again. I returned the truck the same day. But no one checked it in so I continued to get billed for it for 3 days. (Resolved by manager). When i brought the truck back there was no place to park it so i parked in the store parking lot. I was told by staff that "you can't park there". I told her there were no other spots available. We went out back and she had to get one of her friends to move his car so i could put the truck there. Very unprofessional - no way I'm ever going back to that location.
robert KI was supposed to drop it off in another location but they didn't take trailers.
Christopher SRental was NOT ready and had no idea of my reservation. They had to call corporate to get my reservation processed. Spent as much time waiting on other customers as my rental. Finally, processed my rental and was told the trailer was customer installed. I will not rent from this location again and will tell others. Perhaps the main rental location in Panama City would be a better option.

MARY TThe clerk was more interested in "freshly caught fish" by some local fisherman. The wait for his intention was painful. I was instructed to "hook up trailer", and then he would come out to take pictures. I was appalled that I was told to do the Uhaul employee's job!! I called 800-UHaul and requested a callback from the regional director--to date, I've not gotten a call.

Kelly RIt was a terrible experience the uhaul van was in terrible condition and I contacted U-Haul because I wasn’t able to use the van and they never contacted me back the van was having a problem with the air in the tire and was running rough I will never rent from uhaul again terrible experience

lola rThe uhaul was dirty and looked like landscapers had it before me. Mud and smelled of gas. I put my couches in there after trying to clean it a bit and they are covered in dirt. I believe they are likely ruined and I just bought them 4 or 5 months ago

Bobby BFix your vehicle why they gave me a uhaul with the check engine light on and the gas thing wasn't working so I ain't know it it was full or empty and have the damn nerves to charge me 66$. Hell I should sue you for putting me in a improperly working vehicle. Do better.
eriana tHave a little gas in the vehicle. I got the truck which was on E. Luckily a gas station was across the street. Going across to the gas station the vehicle started stalling.
KEISHA CI was suppose to pick up at 10 am . I couldn't find anyone in the store . Finally after 30mins i found someone .. then another 15 mins because he was helping another customer .. so i paid my helper for a while he because they were there waiting for a truck .
suzette cU-haul stalled out several times, has issues idling. Averaged 6 miles per gallon due to an engine misfire.
Matthew MMy requested pickup location was changed the day before pickup. I called U-Haul asking why it changed and the woman who took my call said that was in my contract and I should have read it and proceeded to hang up on me. When I arrived at the convenience store to pick up my truck, it took quite some time for the employee to be able to help me. The appliance dolly and pads I ordered and paid for weren't available. The employee did call a couple of locations to try and locate one for me so he tried to make it right. I had to buy my own appliance dolly at a big box store. I never received the emailed receipt/contract when I picked up the truck but thankfully it ran great and we had no problems with the truck itself.

Angie JThe truck was filthy especially on the inside. The truck had no air conditioning and was on empty when we got it. When we returned it we were charged a $65 fuel fee even though it was on empty when we picked it up. The dolly worked well.
Jessica CHe came from the truck only to tell me I had to carry the blankets in without offering to help. Then he expectedme to fold them all. Again without offering to help. Place is filled with pot smoking and drug paraphernalia
Robert MThe guy was extra helpful especially with the exception he was working not only the uhaul part but a little store at the same time. There was an misunderstanding as far as what time the uhaul needed to be back but we got it there as quick as we could. The sales person was extra helpful on how to use the tow dolly and stayed smiling! U just don't get service like that anywhere anymore! The location doesn't look like uhaul a could be rented there , the only thing I would recommend for more customers to come is the advertising and signage! Other than that the customer service was amazing !! Thanks again

PERCY GPoor customer service at this location. Associate quoted crazy price then when confronted, fixed it. Talked poorly about other customers. Stated UHaul did not have Military Discount when they do. Booked vehicle twice for some reason. Took over 45m to simply get the truck booked. This day and age I get that customer service has died a little, but, this was very very bad. I formally am saying do not share my personal information from this review. I don't trust this location and do NOT want them knowing who submitted this review.

ROGER CTruck was filthy and uhaul location representative refused to look at the vehicle and correct the problem. This location should not be a Uhaul vendor.
Roger SI closed out the contract through the app then went inside to "drop" the keys as instructed however there was no key drop. The instructions also didn't say what to do with the lock so we placed it back on the truck

Debbie BWell I was very disappointed that the gentleman did not come outside and go over the truck or how to use the Jolly or any of the instructions that I read about on the dolly and the truck I was very disappointed that I didn't get a safety tip or anything about the truck or any of the damage that was already on the truck usually they do a walk around and kind of go over the truck with you before they release it to you and explain things to you that you may not know because you don't own a U-Haul and the worst thing is when I went to leave I was charged extra money when I put exactly the amount more than well covered with the gas tank was when I got the vehicle I brought it back with exactly over right over what it was and I was still charged $12 anyway my total came to $91 or something and I agreed and I I was overcharged after I left and now I'm up here trying to figure out how this is possible a person can show me a price and I agree to it and then 2 days 3 days later I got my girlfriend want to know why she was overcharged on her credit card after the fact so no my experience with U-Haul in Panama City sucked and I'll be letting everybody know and I'll be letting the Better Business Bureau know that you guys are running a shyster f****** half-ass place down here in Panama City
Stephanie HThis was the exact opposite experience from when I picked up the truck. I called numerous times when I arrived in FL and the young lady at U-Haul hung up on me 14 times!!... Yes I called and counted each time... I called 14 times and each time I could hear her voice taking to someone else and then hung up on me. I finally got the the location 1 day from leaving GA ( days earlier than necessary) to return promptly and she was calling her boss trying to explain that the truck only had 30,000 miles which was less than the typo entered in GA as 300,000 miles... I spent almost an hour there while the young lady called several people trying to get it straight it had nothing to do with me but she needed to call "traffic" whoever that is to fix the typo.. She wouldnt give me a receipt that I returned the vehicle to prove all was good. I actually took pictures of me with a clean truck and of the young lady proving I returned the vehicle in great condition and VERY CLEAN!!! . She said I was good to go and I left Terrible Customer Experience this place needs to be removed from your list Absolutely horrible customer service It was a circus act...sorry to say!!! There re 3 other people all with the same experience while I was there
