This location overcharged me 200 for a 2hr rent. I opted out of insurance coverage but they decided to charge me 50 for it. I returned the car w a 1/4 tank like they gave it to me and they charged me for a full tank plus 30 dollars fee. They also charged me for a late return when the attendant was nowhere near the store at 4 o'clock on a weekday afternoon. Please fuck off you indian piece of shit.HYUN L.

The person who processed my rental sent my confirmation to the wrong email twice. That is not acceptable. My confidential info was sent to the wrong people with my addresses. He couldn't update my email and when the person on the phone who was helping him how to process told me there is no way to update the correct email or they had to cancel my reservation. This is the worst customer service ever. The UHaul software was terrible too.SARAH H.

The van was already damaged when i received it and the manager called me and accused me of damaging the vehicle. I took photos that are time stamped and he still tried to charge me for damage that i did not do. The manager was VERY VERY rude. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION very poor customer service.CIARA L.
The guy who assisted me was incredibly nice, but he was the only one working with a line out of the door so I believe he was pretty overwhelmed, which impacted my experience. Even if you have a reservation I would advise getting there earlier to ensure your truck isn't given to anyone else. Although I was on time and third in line, I was given the wrong truck, which was an inconvenience. I would just save time and go to an actual Uhaul location that has a more inventory and better supported.Jasmine B.
