James SFirst of all they move us to a different location on the same day that we are about to pick up the truck, then when we got there the truck is not available so they gave us a van. The van that we got is dirty and the gas is almost empty. We ask the receptionist what time do they close and she said 5:30 and it was posted at their door. We went there at exactly 4:20pm but they are already close so we have to get a hold of the customer service in order to put the key to their lock box. After few days we received a test from u haul asking us about the key. This is our first time renting a u haul and it was not a pleasant one.

belhadi kOn line pick up times has multiple choices (good), but the latest you can pick up your truck is 11:30AM. Not much choice. Unless, I missed something here.

Eula SThis pickup location did a competent job of providing me with a pickup truck. The criticisms I have are the same I have when I have used U-haul trucks from other pickup locations: the truck had many dents, scratches, and some broken parts that the customer must identify so that the customer is not liable for the previous damage. Also, the truck was not completely clean. In addition, in this case the trailer plug on this truck had problems so the trailer running lights and trailer 12V charging circuits did not not work. This significantly impacted my use of the truck and trailer. After I used the truck, I reported this problem to U-haul and the Area Field Mgr. gave me a $50 (10%) refund. This refund was appreciated, but did not adequately compensate me for the time I spent and lost trying to fix and work around this electrical problem. U-haul needs to better maintain their vehicles and not expect customers to document and/or work-around the pre-existing problems.

This part is probably a general U-haul issue and not on the dealer-reserving online let me pick up a rental before actual open hours (through the 24/7 truck share option), but the online system didn't guide me towards picking up a truck and i had to wait until the office properly opened.

DALIA OThey attempted to overcharge me for gas when I had the receipt showing I had already replenished the gas. I drove very few miles and the amount of gas was minimal. After I brought it to their attention they refunded all but .45 cent. Not sure why that was an issue but I didn't want to wait any longer.

gerardo nWhen I went to pick up my truck it took me nearly an hour and a half because your check in procedure kept saying my session had expired. I stood in the parking lot on the phone trying to resolve the issue. When I finally got the check to work I was charged additional 68 dollars, then when I got the truck it was completely empty, so I filled the gas and only used half a tank and only got back a quarter tanks worth. Then I had to take a detour to my moving location and got charged additional 23 dollars. Also the didn't have any windshield wiper fluid and couldn't clean the windows to see better.

DAWOOD Kno headache when i rented this cargo van. Simple getting to the place of buisness. i did not know it was a uhual location its more of a regustration serve buisness but no problems locating. customer service was friendly. return process was easy even after hours.

minar kThe online process took about 30 plus minutes to get everything that we had already provided. The truck was dirty and on empty but the worst part was the customer service representative that was very demeaning and condescending toward me. The remedy was a discount with the gentleman who checked me back in when I returned it early. Moving is very stressful anyway but it should be a better process.

Jessica Wstore was packed with stuff to buy ! not much truck inventory due to so many people moving but not their fault. i also had to wait for the person who had my truck and didn't make it back in time for my reservation but thats also not their fault. other than that the truck was clean and nice the staff was friendly and the store was clean! thanks guys ! will be coming back here to rent my next uhual.

Mohammed GWhen your customer pays for a service please honor that service agreement instead of making changes to fit the needs of the store location. I would inform all customers to take a picture of the truck gas hand before returning truck keys as proof of contract obligation because your shop is dishonest and will charge you gas fees.
brandy lReceived no customer service. The documentation system for showing pictures was flawed and I had to submit information twice. There was no gas in the truck. The manager allowed people to block the driveway and I had to ask them to move in order to take the truck out. I lost over an hour getting gas and getting the truck from the location.
Harold LVehicle needs maint. Rental process is a pain. Glad I didn't try and pick it up with only my phone.
