The vehicle I wanted was not available and it was not available for the length of time I needed the center also had on the forms it had a full tank of fuel and it did not the attendant ignored when I said it only had 3/4 of a tank so I had to pay for more gas then I should have. They are abusing the fact they are the only store with your service near by

Baxter's was great. My only complaint is Uhaul guarantees certain equipment but then cannot fulfill its promise. If you guarantee a certain size truck, then that should be available. People are counting on the equipment they rent, not something else. I would struggle to trust Uhaul again.

I DID NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE LOCATION, I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE UHAUL APP. IT COULD NOT READ MY GPS LOCATION, IT STATED I WAS NOT THERE. WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST PERSON, WE WERE DISCONNECTED AFTER WAITING FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER. THE SECOND PERSON WAS HELPFUL AND WE COULD GET THROUGH THE PROCESS, BUT IT TOOK 45 MINUTES. I WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED WITH THE APP. IT WAS A BIT RIDICULOUS. I DO NOT THINK I WILL USE A UHAUL AGAIN.

There was mud spray on the back wall when we opened the truck box. After use we tried to remove that crusted mud. Not perfect but better than what it was when I picked it up. Other than that the truck worked great! Thanks to UHAUL customer support for helping me thru the pick up process. The return process was much easier.

When I went to pick up the uhaul the website was not working. I tried contacting the 1-800 number twice only to be put on hold the moment I got to speak to a person. I finally got ahold of someone and when I received the code to open the key lock it wouldn't open. It took half an hour for someone at the location to arrive. In my phone calls with multiple uhaul employees I felt I was being talked down to and treated very poorly. The uhaul had a crack in the windshield and had dead bugs in the trailer. Will not be using this service ever again.

We drove through a rain storm and arrived home to find all our contents including a very expensive mattress set soaked. Had the same issue on a previous rental ..... Not happy.

I was suppose to pick up in Canton. Day before location was changed. I was not happy, the location causes 1 1/2 extra driving time & higher rate. I called the 1800 number for a credit. The lady told me some guy would call me back but never did. I will dispute partial credit my credit card company. It was not thisxlocation it was uhaul

Truck Cab was pretty dirty, I took it as was because of time commitments hosed off road dirt and cleaned out the interior myself.

The U-Haul truck was not ready or even there when I was scheduled to pick up . The lady working at the location was super rude, and she clearly let us know that that this was not her only job!!! So after waiting around for 3 1/2 hours after driving for 7 hours we finally got our truck . Never apologized for the wait or inconvenience horrible service!!! Go anywhere but this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The truck is listed as a 20' truck but the cargo area is only 17'. In the future I will not be renting trucks from uhaul due to this discrepancy that was not clearly shown. The location and staff were excellent.

Very good place to get a uhaul.. only down gall is a reserved the truck hes ahead picked it up st the time of pick up.. had to clean the snow off the truck and it let it warm up befor I could leave.... simple suggestion .. strat clean and have the vehicle running befor ur customer shows up... also charged me 7 dollars for a dolly I didnt rent or need.. other then that. Truck was full of screws rolling around the deck of the box .. so clean the trucks befor rental

I was charged for 253 miles, only went 223, wasn't refunded the difference, but was charged for fuel.. The receipt said half a tank, it was below that, I returned it as found.. Next time I will use another option if available..

UHaul changed the TIME, SIZE of truck, AND LOCATION for the pickup for my order. It affected my plans and scheduling and added unnecessary anxiety on top of all the stress of moving. With seemingly such a large inventory and wide network of affiliated dealers, you would think UHaul would be able to honor a reservation -- otherwise, what is the point of making it?!?! Very disrespectful of client needs. This is the second time this has happened to me and it has happened to dozens of my friends and family. I will never use UHaul again, I will rent my trucks from anywhere else.

Wish I was told that I could rent the truck for the week and not pay the very high rate of .99 cents per mile. The daily rate would have been $60 a day but tI Would have saved me hundreds of dollars.
