Dell T.The vehicle I wanted was not available and it was not available for the length of time I needed the center also had on the forms it had a full tank of fuel and it did not the attendant ignored when I said it only had 3/4 of a tank so I had to pay for more gas then I should have. They are abusing the fact they are the only store with your service near by
Jonathan S.Baxter's was great. My only complaint is Uhaul guarantees certain equipment but then cannot fulfill its promise. If you guarantee a certain size truck, then that should be available. People are counting on the equipment they rent, not something else. I would struggle to trust Uhaul again.

Michael C.I DID NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE LOCATION, I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE UHAUL APP. IT COULD NOT READ MY GPS LOCATION, IT STATED I WAS NOT THERE. WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST PERSON, WE WERE DISCONNECTED AFTER WAITING FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER. THE SECOND PERSON WAS HELPFUL AND WE COULD GET THROUGH THE PROCESS, BUT IT TOOK 45 MINUTES. I WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED WITH THE APP. IT WAS A BIT RIDICULOUS. I DO NOT THINK I WILL USE A UHAUL AGAIN.

Other than that the truck worked great! Thanks to UHAUL customer support for helping me thru the pick up process. The return process was much easier.

Laura E.When I went to pick up the uhaul the website was not working. I tried contacting the 1-800 number twice only to be put on hold the moment I got to speak to a person. I finally got ahold of someone and when I received the code to open the key lock it wouldn't open. It took half an hour for someone at the location to arrive. In my phone calls with multiple uhaul employees I felt I was being talked down to and treated very poorly. The uhaul had a crack in the windshield and had dead bugs in the trailer. Will not be using this service ever again.
