aLL WAS GOOD, BUT i COULD NOT GET DOME LIGHT IN CAB TO SHUT OFF. Called Roadside Assistance and lady worked with me to finally get light to turn off(and stay off). We spent at least 10 minutes on the phone trying several options. We could get light off, but when I got out of vehicle the light came on and stayed on. Finally got it to stay off. She was pleasant and tenacious.

The right tire looked properly inflated, but once we loaded it it had less then 20 lbs of air pressure. We almost blew it on our first leg but fortunately caught it and inflated it properly. Also had a radial on one side and a bias ply on the other.

I received a late return email. When in fact the equipment was returned on time. In addition the person said I was good to go then found out after the late return email I was charged for 6 miles over my miles. When in fact I returned the equipment with more gas than required. At the price of gas I feel ripped off and disrespected. My wife and I had to clean the entire cad since it smelled bad and was filthy.

Our Uhaul experience was a good one. Easy to contact, easy to
rent. And having a truck available local was made the moving a lot

The overall experience was excellent I think this location should have at least one pickup truck as there is no vehicle rental location in Ely Nevada I needed to rent a vehicle as mine was being repaired and the only one I could rent was a 15 ft box truck.
