Besides the U-haul being slow, everything was great. This location in Reisterstown MD gave me the he most pleasant experience in renting a truck I have ever had in 40 years

Battery Wshe was great, the gentleman was helpful and friendly.
The truck was clean and had a full tank of gas.
He explained about the tow button on the hand shifter and to disengage it if you're not towing anything.

while the truck was new (18k miles) and clean, it does seem to have aome issue with the front left break. Excessive noise while turning and backing. There was not other location to provide this feedback when returning the vehicle.

I was quoted a charge of $70.00 when I rented the vehicle from this location. My final bill was more than $85.00! The truck was returned in the same condition as when rented. I filled the gas tank to "F" even though tank was only at 7/8 full when I rented it. Some consistent accuracy about prices would be appreciated.

Your rep lied. Their was no damage on that vehicle upon return! Who wrote the estimate. I want a copy. I did a 360 video upon my drop-off of that truck. What's this guy trying to pull.

The service was excellent so I can't think of anything that would improve for the next customer. This wasn't my first time at the Reisterstown location and it won't be my last because I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the great work!!!!
