Deborah motleyAlways wonderful staff here.
Tripp BrinkleyThe only problems I had with the truck there was no back up camera. Need upgrades where that concern
Kerry Ann BurnettNo improvements necessary. Rick always has inventory, and is reliable and friendly!!
Tracey WilliamsTry not to change dropoff locations without confirmation. When we booked as not flexible, that meant the dropoff location as well.
Alan McRaeThis location is always super helpful, they always have the trailer ready for me when I get there, and they are willing to help in any way they can... 5 stars!
Christopher GilboI have rented from, and dropped off at this location before. They've always been nice and helpful.
Robert HamiltonMy Jeep broke down and I had to limp it and the trailer home. Rick the owner of Bath County Supply personally came to my location to pick up the trailer on day of return. I am truly grateful for this and am very happy to see that true Customer Service has not completely gone away. I appreciate Brighton for coordinating this unusual return and thank everyone at Bath County supply for the assist!

Tracey WilliamsBath County Supply is my hometown u-haul depot. Rick and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. They also carry a full line of hardware and lumber. Great business to deal with.

Trevor PleckerOutstanding service and staff
DEBORAH HAASEWe dropped off the trailer after hours on September 26th. We received our receipt via e-mail on January 13th! Why so long?
STEPHENDOUGLAS LEEHave the equipment available when I rent. You sent me an email last minute telling me I have to pick up truck at another location. The location was 40 minutes away. Luckily I went by Bath Supplies and found that someone cancelled on a truck. Was able to get truck there. This is the second time I registered at one place to only have you move it last minute. The longer distance is more miles and gas cost to me. You are making additional money on your rentals. Not good customer experience or service. Thank goodness for Bath Supplies checking and saving me time. This is a corporate issue and not local dealers.
Mark HallGreat drop off experience. Rick Neff was outstanding. Friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this location highly.
Michael TrahanWasn’t right truck but workers very helpful.
Alisa CantuNo recommendations other than the tall skinny guy with glasses out to get a raise! He helped us so much and gave us a deal!
ADAM LEE HUNTERExcellent customer service.
eve solomonWonderful service!
Donna CarrWatch where corporate office wants to make you return the rental. I reserved mine on line to pick up and return to same place. I get an email after I picked it up to return it some 40 miles away. I emailed them and the changed it but beware
Michael SpurgeonGet the web site working and responsive but mostly a good experience.
Ron CarpenterYou charged me for extra mileage. However, you changed my pickup location that was quite away further. It was halfway to the next city and was quite away back to get loaded. Because of your pick up location it cost me additional money, which is not fair to the customer.
Mark HallNobody was there, had to park trailer in front of the store due to no parking and the gate being locked. Locks provided outside wouldn’t fit the trailer to lock it up so had to leave it as it was due to no personnel.
Caleb WilkinsonOverall my only issue is that it is exceedingly expensive .89 cents a mile way too much for a round trip move of about 600 miles - fortunately gas prices are low currently- suggest more reasonable daily rates with some mileage built in like rental cars
Richard MandyThe location was fine and helpful it is to bad does not back them up I did not know till the last day if the equipment was going to be there. I have a truck and trailer reserved for this saturday from the same location now uhaul tells me I can pick it up at 230 in buck eye I do not know where buckeye is and your customer service rep did not know either. I will not use uhaul again
Richard RobesonI would never recommend uhaul as a company. The locations are fine. In route we get a text telling us to drop off the trailer in Buckeye Wv. We live 1.5 hours away from Buckeye over very curvy mountain roads There is a uhaul rental place 8 min from us. We went to the closest location. They could not get the software to show the contact Corporate Uhaul needs to invest in distributed software that is seemless, stays up, provides logical routing and inventory balancing... Uhaul does not work smart.
Stephen LeeThis location is excellent! However, the original location I contracted with was deplorable. The location in Covington was exactly 5 blocks from my house. On the day I was supposed to pick up the rental I did everything I was supposed to do and things were good until I got to the part where I was to get a key. No code was given to me and I was told to go inside the dealer to get the key. However, there was no one at the location even though I was there at 9am and the stated hours were 9am to 12pm on Saturday. A phone call to the person listed as the Uhaul agent resulted in me leaving a message as I could get no answer. I then called the Uhaul number of the main Uhaul company. After over an hour of standing in the cold and the rain I was instructed to go to Bath County and pick up a rental truck. This location was a 40 mike round trip from my house, using my gas for my truck when I was literally 5 blocks away from my first location. Uhaul offered a refund and a lower charge per mile but it still ended up costing me quite a bit more than the original price I was supposed to pay. Do not use the Uhaul location in Covington, Va. It is a low class, redneck operation.
Rayburn AlfredI was very satisfied with my experience except that they said there was 1/2 tank of gas and in fact there was 1/4 tank of gas. The gentleman that assisted me was so accommodating, I chose not to say anything. You do need to update your information regarding gas mileage, you information says 10 miles to a gallon, your truck got 6 miles to a gallon! Thank you
Nancy SeeryGreat service. Highly recommend this location for Uhaul services. Thanks Mr Martin A+
Lonnie AltizerThe last 2 times i returned a trailer they tried to get more money out of me. The 1st time I did a one way rental and turned the trailer in 2 days before it was due and they tried to charge me $80 for extra days even though i was clearly 2 days early...today i did a local in-town rental for about 3 hours and when i returned the 5×8 trailer they tried to charge me another $40 for "mileage"..this location has no clue how to use the uhaul software..and they let me drive off without my tail lights even hooked up (i forgot my adapter) after i hooked the trailer up myself. Ive rented 1000's of dollars worth of uhauls over the years, even worked at a uhaul dealership for a very short time, and this is by far the worst place I've encountered yet. The kids they have working there are clueless.
Jason MesnerEasy location to drop off truck or pick up
Peter FowlerWe dropped off while closed.
Randall WittStore closes at 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Pickup was also scheduled for 2:00 p.m. if I had shown up later, I would not have been able to get the truck.
ken feinauerRick was great to help.
George SanfordLoved this location! The owner is very friendly!!
Tina TownsendMake sure that what you quote online is what you charge.
James McCulleyI was not happy with the fuel policy nor the full day charge for three extra hours.
David Guyre GuyreFirst reservation was cancelled due to a breakdown...not notified, found out by chance because I called to confirm since it was so far from home and there was no record of it in the system...called corporate, found another, had to backtrack and add hours to the trip due to terrain, not distance, and was told that my tires were too big for the haulers straps, bought $40 worth of extra straps and didn’t need them as the ones on the hauler worked just fine...pickup location was a mud hole but excellent service and attitude...drop off location had no business allowing trailers in their parking lot...nothing bad but overall frustrating
CHRIS FALLENGreat place to do business with
William BaughanProvide more vehicle options to pickup at this location.
Charles GarrattFalse advertising is not a good way to do business. Overcharging customers does not represent a trustworthy company. Not responding to emails does not help to improve customer relations. Social media is a powerful tool to get the attention of potential new customers. Bad reviews spread faster than ever.
