John was very friendly and helpful. He took care of our paperwork quickly and had us hooked up in little time. I was glad he had the right trailer we needed.

The people at this location were very nice and helpful. The problem is this was not the original location scheduled.When I was ON MY WAY to pick up the trailer I received a phone call telling me they didn't have it, so they had to scramble around and find one at a location 2 hours away.Very frustrating and aggravating after I had reserved it a week in advance and already made all my moving plans.

If the reservation location doesn’t have the requested equipment then a phone call should be made not a text message.

Inside of facility was trashy. Printer had no ink so they had to hand write trailer number and contract number on piece of paper and said that will be good enough. I order 12 blankets and they said they only had eight. Found out they only gave me six when I got home. No one helped hook up trailer to truck. Had to do it myself. No ensured things were hooked up properly or lights worked.

Uhaul’s website and centralized Memphis phone number staff needs serious improvement in customer service. Pick up location had mediocre service by phone (person seemed very confused and many phone calls were needed), but in person, the woman helping us get the truck was terrific and went above and beyond.

Man did not write down ending mile on our receipt, we drove off with truck key in our pocket, had to go back and return truck key. We returned truck back days early - Nothing back.

I reserved a 15 ft truck from this location. I received a call from Uhaul that my truck was to be picked up in Lambert which was 20 miles away from where I requested the pick up! I was told U haul will change the location for where the equipment is at on pick up date. Very very inconvenient for the customer and terrible customer service for Uhaul. We ended up having to rent a 20 foot which seems like it worked out better for Uhaul for extra money. The location said there was nothing they could do to get the 15 ft to their location by the date I needed. The people at the Batesville location did try, they were apologetic. The truck itself was not swept out; there was garbage inside and blankets were not folded back up. When driving the truck it veered hard to the right, inside cab was dirty and someone smoked in there because there were ashes in the ashtray.

The gas in the vehicle wasn’t accurate. It said 3/4 but it only had 1/4. Unfortunately I noticed this after accepting so that’s my bad BUT it was inaccurate

Better location. friendler service Truck was dirty inside I had to back the truck out through a very tight corridor into the street where I could not see.

During our pickup time the guy setting up the rental couldnt get his "computer" to act right so he took our info but never had us sign a contract. Only to find out that we missed our drop off time by 3 hrs because we didnt return it when our contract paperwork ,that we never received, had stated. We had to speak to a uhaul rep to get the extra fee taken off.

People were friendly and easy to work with. Facility a little rough. I was also charged $8 for insurance that I didn’t want and didn’t ask for.

The people called to tell me I was late bring trailer back and when I said I am not suppose to bring it back until 8/1/18. She hung up the phone. I went on to return the trailer two days early. The lady never turn to see who we were I asked if we could return the trailer and she just said are you the Jones. I said yes do we get some of our money back for returning early since you calling for the trailer. She said no do you want a receipt? I said yes and where do you want the trailer parked at and could someone unhook the trailer. She did not respond. Very poor customer service I could say racist because before walking out the door a young Caucasian man walked in and she greeted him very nice and loud. Very very poor customer service U-Haul should not be afflillated with this company..

No help to hook up trailer. Only one older woman working at this flooring store. She was very nice but not able to help. Never left the office.

Your traffic control office is terrible! They are so unhelpful. I had requested a 26’ truck and the Batesville location did not have one so they called me and asked me to go to Oxford which was fine with me. They told me to be their at 9am and when I got their the truck was not their. That is not their fault. However talking with them on the phone was like talking to a wall. I had to go to Memphis to a meeting and asked them if they had a truck in southaven and they Told me NO. Then they sent me a text reservation for Greenwood which is an hour and a half south of Batesville. So when I got home from my meeting I went to the Batesville location and rented a 17’ Truck. Crazy.

Website says they open at 7:30. Someone showed up at 9am but they were unable to help me unhitch the 6x12 trailer. I figured out a way to make it work.

The people at 1-800-gouhaul were terrible!!!! The last young lady had a slick SMART MOUTH! I was taken away by how I was treated over the phone, and to be constantly hung up on.

The 12 foot trailer has no jack stand. It is extremely heavy and we were forced to unload it at an inconvenient time to avoid hauling it around. Loaded it was impossible for us to disconnect. We had traveled over 11 hours and did not feel like unloading it but we did.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION WITHOUT GETTING A RECEIPT FIRST! Their computers were offline on the day we picked up our trailer & was reassured a receipt would be emailed. It was! With a $21 Safe Tow Charge which we did NOT agree to. Now, the owner of this location is disputing it & refuses to refund me $21. What a scam! I've filed a complaint with U-Haul. Beware!

The first truck they gave me had two tires with little or no tread. They promptly gave me a second truck when I pointed that out but if I had not noticed the tires I would have been concerned when I did finally see. Check out was slow and They could not print a contract so I never got one. Gave me the heavy appliance dolly when I had order the smaller one. They did not have the smaller utility dolly. Truck headlights were poor because they were pointed high. Radio only worked sometimes.

The uhaul truck I got had a leak. After getting the truck half loaded it started raining. The roof of truck leaked and soaked our couch.

This location was excellent, however, I had scheduled to pick up the trailer in Oxford, MS. When I arrived at the designated location they looked up my reservation and notified me that my pickup had been moved to Batesville. It was frustrating that I lost an hour driving to and from Batesville to pick up the trailer. If I had been notified ahead of time, it would have been easier to make arrangements to pick up the trailer sooner.
