Nobody was there when we went to pick up the trailer. My husband had to wait about 15-20 minutes. They hooked up our trailer wrong and it fell off when we went over a speed bump. That broke the wire in my car. When I went back there for them to fix it, the owner and his son was very defensive and rude. We went to the U-Haul on Solano and they fixed the wire. Great customer service there.

I was billed twice for cost of rental, only used for 3.5 hours. I was billed for almost 90 miles when I drove at most 30 miles. I was billed for 20 miles on the first transaction then rebilled for the almost 90 miles. This needs to be corrected.

Theresa IVery poor experience here, our contract said we had 1/4 tank of gas however the light was on and past E and we were not sure we would make it to a gas station. We were told that it was an in town rental however we were given a one way truck, which ended up working out as we dropped off to another location. We were told that to drop off at another location would result in hundreds of dollars in fees, which was not correct. We were given a truck with no lock and were unable to secure our goods.

Jorge MHad to change pickup locations many times. I was supposed to get a one way ticket but had to pickup a truck at a farther location and had to do a round trip. Truck was not swept. Also, supposed to pick up the truck at 9am and the truck was not available.

John BEveryone knows moving can be a terrible experience. Luckily, my u-haul rental helped make the process less miserable. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful staff member and a clean and well-maintained vehicle. At the end of the day I was greeted by the same smiling face who helped me return my rental smoothly. The staff made this a 10/10 experience.

Karl KOn the contract they added 40 extra miles, reported a 1/4 tank when it was empty and added insurance when i declined it on the reservation. Go to the Solano Ave location as its the actual UHaul company. Have been screwed multiple times by the other dealers in town. Sad world we live in

ROGELIO AThe mileage count was off & I was charged more miles than I drove it (charged 102 miles and only should have been 100) and it was not charged at the rate I was told of $0.99 if at least 100 miles and instead I was charged 102 miles at $1.19/mile. It should have been $99 and I was charged 121.38. I am due a refund of $22.38 +tax.
SHANNON BCould not turn off the heater so had to drive with windows down to blow the heat out. Heat was not even slightly adjustable. Air conditioning did not work at all.

Neal KVehicle had low tire pressure in two tires. Agent said it had just had a tires replaced so the TPMS may not have been reset. Despite this I put air in the tires to ensure I didn't have a flat. The oil life was at 0% When I rented, verbally told the agent what the gauge read for 1/4 tank, the agent acknowledged this. The agent emailed the contract last thing and didn't receive it until I left the lot. Turned out the contract had the fuel listed at 15/16 of a tank and I was charged for fuel refilling at $8 a gallon. It took hours to get ahold of an agent via online chat to get this rectified.

He also specifically told me that people had been stealing gas from his trucks. Total scammer! I would never rent from the location again.
