No improvements needed! Wes at Bartee is a fantastic guy and an incredibly good representative for U-Haul to have as their face-to-face contact point. He went above and beyond to assist me with some atypical issues that I brought to the table and I could not recommend him more highly. The U-Haul service and equipment in general was fine as I expected it would be based on previous rental experience. But it's the service that Wes provided that really stands out.

A tire replacement was needed due to delay treads in Kansas. I believe it was due to mismatched tires. The roadside service was excellent and fast

Bartee made this easy and an enjoyable experience. The equipment was ready when I got there and drop off was kept simple. Had i need a different device for moving things they had it all. Great selection and great service!

I got to the drop off location early, so I did the self check out procedure, with no problems. The gentleman came out (still well before hours) to make sure everything went well. Good stuff!

the 24/7 truck checkout is long and stupid. first you have to load the uhaul app to get the location right, which should have been told right from the start, so you don't have to waste time at the pickup spot. And the picture you have to approve, don't show the areas of the truck where there is some damage. And I purposely went to return it during business hours to talk to someone. I got there at 4:15 since they closed at 5pm. But no one was around and I had to use the stupid 24/7 drop off. that is the most user unfriendly app around. and I should have not gotten charged a full second day since I turned the truck in15 hours early. I hope I never have to go there again. yinate having to use the app. That is never mentioned until you are part in front of the pickup office and it tell you your not at the right location. then when you call for help they tell you that you need to download the appt for it to work. that was total BS. as was no one i olthere

Dont have enough info about Penrose, Co location to make a pos/neg statement. Looks very uninviting; windows covered is not a good look.

This is a remote rural location with very poor cell service making the truck share login process virtually impossible. this was a terrible experience trying to get the required pictures uploaded timely with poor cell service.
