I think that when making an online reservation, the Uhaul employee should take into consideration that the customer may now be familiar with area or city that they're moving to. Both my pick up and drop off locations were 25-40 miles from my load and off load points. Excessive driving (towing) while in an uncomfortable or unknown driving position.KATHY G.

They don't have a clear sign of where to go in there store to get the truck. I went to 3 different register locations before they sent me to the right one. Park in back of place and walk though the gated area 1st desk on right is the one you need folks.Douglas D.

I had one of the very best experiences of all the times I have rented over the past 30 years. The difference is not so much how old or well maintained the equipment ibut rather the people offering the service, the human connection part that let's you know you've chosen the right place. if yocould do anything to improve your service for future customers, I would only be able to suggest that you put all your future associates through a customer service training coarse with the sales Rep who I had the pleasure to be served by, Mandy, she is what customer service is and should be. Be very clear with the amount of gas expected. I'll be sure to take a picture of the fuel gauge as soon as I get the truck next time. I thought I had done the right thing, filling the gas up as much as I did. I was told it wasn't enough so I had to drive and fill up with more gas. I left feeling like I had been cheated. Everyone was polite but that was a sore part of the experience.JASON B.

Overall the truck and rental process were great. However, staff that were at the desk when I was picking up the truck could use some more professionalism... Barry's True Value was not listed as a drop off location in the database when we indicated we would like to use it. Barry's also said they rarely get 20' or 26' trucks and were pleased to get one. Wonder if the database needs to be updated so they are recognized and could get more trucks. We'd like to support their business in this way.Grant N.

Scammers, gave me a truck with 2/3 tank of gas, doesn't mention it, every other You Haul i have rented comes with a full tank of gas. how else are you going to know how much gas you used ??? then no fuel credit when i return it with a full tank, VERY POOR DEALER !FRANK A.

Whereas Barry's True Value was fine, the experience of callling U-Haul was HORRIBLE. 1. When I call a local number I do not like to be given to a nation-wide office. (I had tried to do it on-line, but I couldn't get on.) 2. The wait time was said to be 20 minutes: I had to wait 51 minutes. 3. The person was friendly and seemed to take care of me, but as it turned out totally MESSED UP MY RESERVATION, so the next day when I picked up the truck, the store made a call to fix the reservation, and when UHaul could not do that, he cancelled the reservation and made a new one (which worked fine). But it cost us a 1/2 hour of useless waiting. 4. Then when my wife tried to print out the contract, she got pages and pages of chinese writing but no contract and finally had to turn off the computer to get it to stop printing. My printer is not working correctly yet. I HOPE I NEVER NEED TO USE U=HAUL AGAIN. Your company-wide service is TERRIBLE. J. Hartleyjohn H.
