I was extremely disappointed when I called in and got put to the corporate number and they told me that none were available but yet when I called those individual stores they were available. I don’t know how you all fix that but do better. The customer service at this location was outstanding cannot say an enough good stuff.

Reserved a furniture dolly and moving blankets with my online reservation. This location had neither. Why wouldn’t someone notify me that these supplies are not available?

David MIt was pretty bad. I spent over an hour trying to figure out where the key was. I was asked to confirm the odemeter reading but I couldnt turn the truck on without the key and through mobile check in I wasn't ever given a locker or combination to retrieve the key. I had to call u-haul to get the key information. Upon return it was better, but overall it was not a great experience. This is the 2nd time I attempted to do mobile check-in and last time it was poor as well so I went into the Sunoco and they were able to help me. This time the place was closed so I wasnt as lucky. They need to improve the app and the overall user experience.

Jon RMy comment here is on the online process for self-check in and out (not the location). Even though I've returned equipment after hours before, this time was unnecessarily hard with 1) your systems not recognizing me for location, etc, 2) asking extra verification questions which caused delay in finding an extra person available to be called, and 3) excessive pictures and details needed when returning equipment. Your process has become more digitally intense, which may be fine for digital natives but not some others. Since you had all my info upon reservation and prior to check in, I don't appreciate the extra time wasted in a busy moving day as we tried to come up with an extra verification.
