The older guy at the office was very rude. He had a problem answering any questions I had. He was by far the most unprofessional guy I ever dealt with. Definitely had a very bad experience renting this U-Haul. He charged me upfront $126 normally I pay after I return the U-Haul but not in this case. I told him I would return the truck at 8pm all he indicated me to do was return the keys to the orange box I told him I was trying to do the self pick up but he directed to help me and be rude when all I had was a few questions. He never told me I had to finish the self check out in the app and when I tried doing that when I dropped off the truck it was trying to charge me $97.78 but I had already paid him $126 so therefore I did not continue with the self check out and I was charged $20 fee the next day which I think it’s unfair because I did not want to pay again to later have to call back to get a refund.

Location did not allow for parking of personal vehicle while using a short, 2 hour rental. This information was not known until arriving at the location, which meant I had to delay my rental until someone was avaliable to drop me off and take my car. This information should have been made clearly visible on U-Haul's website about this location.

I was told that mileage was not an issue then see that I was charged $1.00 per mile for 98 miles upon my drop off location in Tulsa; my original reservation said that my reservation was a flat fee and that there were no additional mileage charge. I’m certainly making a complaint because I know that I was taken advantage of based on ethnicity and gender. You should be interested in this too

I have a dispute regarding charge for fuel. I left it with the same amount of fuel. However I was charged eventhough i disputed it on check out. I never received a phone call or email regarding my dispute. Yet i understand now why you dont take certain cards. I didnt give permission on checkout to charge my card $50+ . I get i used the extra miles. I feel totally disrespected! I kept my end of the bargin and Uhaul didnt.

1st... from the beginning I felt forced to changed locations from the one I chose online because what they said was available, wasn't. On the day of pick up... I could barely understand rep. Instructions were vague. Equipment was dirty. I felt rushed because several people were in line and he was alone. The charges were outrageous. I paid nearly $300 for 1.5 days and 136 miles. I paid for a dolly that I couldn't even access/use. I really expected more. Had a offer to use another company but I insisted in believing that uhaul was better. I was VERY disappointed.

I am used to being able to park my car, drive the rental truck home then return a couple of hours later to retrieve my car. I was appalled by signs saying I could not park there as a customer! I am a repeat customer and never encountered that. Also, my reservation was not recorded as I asked. I first requested a larger truck but then called back and asked to have it changed to a 10ft truck. When I got there, that request hadn't been honored and I had no choice according to the man working... no 10ft trucks were available. The equipment needs attention, The door went up by itself on the return trip... could have been a bad accident. Another motorist got my attention and i pulled over to shut it. The latch wouldn't catch and I used an open padlock to try to hold it down until I could get it back to your location. There was a lot "play" or looseness in the steering wheel as well. I wasn't pleased with my experience..

Mr. Barry is actually MR. WONDERFUL. Always PLEASANT POLITE KIND and CONSIDERED. My ministry has been renting for at least 10+ years. And I could name some places that should not have the UHAUL brand. I really WISH others could be on his level. OR at best take lessons from him.

Truck was clean but pulls to the right when on the road steering is loose and hard to control. I had to come to.this location because the truck I reserved was not avalible when I arrived they tried to put me in a lo ger truck which would not work for me. Do tonthe limited amou t of space to maneuver the truck into my drive way. The attendant at the original location we rude.

I rented out a vehicle to deliver a rush order. The vehicle had the caution light on saying to check the tire. Second, once I got on the FRWY the truck was choking and wanting to turn off on me. I was in able to deliver the job in time as I turned around and headed back home, feeling unsafe in the truck. I had to call a family member to deliver the rush job.

I don't want to give the gentleman a bad rating however I'm not upset with my experience I was charged an after hour fee of 20 dollars... He stated that it says it in the contract... I get that it may have stated it but once I told the gentleman I was going to drop the truck off after hours he should have informed me of the fee... It wasn't like it was a few dollars they charged me 20 plus dollars... I recorded the conversation it was very vague I want my money back..

The van was ready and check out was easy. However, they didn't have the dolly I reserved. They also had no record of the shrinkwrap purchase I made when I reserved, so I had to pay again. I contacted UHAUL for a refund.

Ensure that all vehicles are " SAFE " !!!! I rented a 26' ft truck, only to learn it had a " MAJOR DEFECT". 1. It had been in an accident cause the truck was driving at an angle indicating the frame was wrop. 2. Tires were smooth and had very little thread. 3. Dolly was inadequate for the type of furniture we were moving.

As soon as leaving there was a power steering issue. Had to wait for road side assistance. While also paying movers by the hr. Called after the truck was returned and requested call back. Received the call back to then be on hold over 40 Mims and then still again. Had to wait for another callback.
