They simply received my key. It seems like they did a good job, but, for a moment, I didn't understand what was going on. They seemed busy with other customers, but they should at least say that a receipt will be sent to one's email address when one leaves the car.Mario Ivan J.

The online/phone app is quite literally *useless* for picking up and returning a truck. The online instructions told me to click on a button that *did not exist* on the site/app. Spent too much time trying to navigate the site/app. And after I returned the truck and the keys **in the drop box** I was called by a Uhaul representative for not returning the truck. The representative then told me she would call me back to confirm that everything was okay once she checked with the shop where the truck was returned - SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I will now have to waste my time to check to make sure I will not get overcharged. This whole experience was a pain in the ass - something I do not want to deal with when I have the stress of moving my entire house and family. I will not use UHaul again after this.PETER R.
On this rental, the packing blankets provided to me were dirty, moist, and moldy. I was called during the move about changing my drop-off location and I told the gentlemen about the blankets. He apologized, changed my location, and I received a receipt for no balance due. Well, a few days ago I received a note that I owed $25 for cleaning fees. Since this was a very small move with a few boxes, I knew the cleaning was the blankets so I called/wrote about the dirty blankets and asked them to remove the charge. I never heard anything back and today I received a note stating $55 was charged to my credit card - $25 for the cleaning and $30 for late payment. I am very disappointed with UHaul and I hope you can fix this soonest.CHRISTOPHER JAME N.

If you ever rent out movers to help out don't even count that they'll show up. I waited for them to show and I called customer support to find out where my movers would be and I was left on hold for 30 mins before I hung up and moved everything myself.SERENA E.
More details as to mileage need to be more clear on line. It is pretty unrealistic to figure the exact mileage between the pick up location and the drop off location. I was charged for extra mileage which surprised me. We drove directly to our location, but then had to refill the gas tank and the drop off location was miles away from our location. why did I get charged for gas after I already filled it up to the section where I was supposed to fill it to? I am not happy about it and want a refund for that. I don't like that unnecessary costs are being charged without my knowldedge.Juan V.
I waited more than 20 minutes because they didn't have the keys to open the box where they deposit the keys, they had to break the box to get the key to the van and it wasn't ready yet. an experience never had before, the people who worked on the spot were without masks and they didn't really care about a very bad experience, and despite everything they charged me even more than was expected in the receipt.Francesco M.
I recently tried to rent a U-Haul like I've done many times before and was denied. Went to four different locations only to learn that months prior a U-Haul representative entered the wrong license number on a contract that did not belong to me. That contracts was in default and I was being denied rental. This mistake on U-Haul's end cost me several hours on the phone and pretty much a waste a day right before My move. Very inconvenient. You U haul provided nothing to me for my troubles.Mark W.

Bogus as all hell! Dirty as hell then they charged me $25 for a â€œcleaning feeâ€ only after I left the place. Received the email 15 minutes after driving away that they are charging $25 cleaning fee. That truck was clean as can be. 100% spotless. There is no need to charge $25. I called to ask about it and they hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back. I called literally 20 times and they refused to pick up. Then I blocked my number and called and they picked up and put me on hold never to return to the phone call. Are you freaking kidding me? I will use hertz enterprise or ANY other rental place before uhaul because of these jokers at Barrio mufflers and automotive. You need to check these guys ðŸ'ŽðŸ'Ž 2 thumbs waaaay downRYAN K.

Got completely screwed by this location. Will never be using this service again. Charged for gas even when I put more gas into it then when I received it and was charged a random cleaning fee. Personnel had us unload the car without their help. Just asked for the keys and then basically ignored us. There was little to no space to park or unload the trailer. Luckily we are capable individuals, however I would definitely NOT recommend this location.Sophia H.

The uhaul website had auto-filled the equipment for me. So I got charged for a dolly and furniture pads, I told the gentleman at the facility and he said he'd remove them from my purchase, but I was definitely charged for them.Deeana C.

The equipment was below par but I use uuu guys a lot and never had any issues. The guy renting me the truck never verified the gas. I didn't think of taking pictures because like I said I have never had issues and I've used guys for years. The gas was right, so I don't get why they are charging me so much. Also, I didn't have the car for 1 day and 22 hours. I was actually there yesterday but it was closed. I locked my phone in the car and had you guys call someone to come help me. I was there since 9am and left roughly around 12 pm. So I couldn't have dropped it off today at 10:45 am I'm getting cheated, robbed and the people working there not you guys, are competing fraud on my name.FELIPE O.

The U-haul mobile check in was absolutely horrible. The sign up took 15+ minutes and asked every single question possible. Then the day of, it took 30+ minutes for them to â€œconfirmâ€ your identity through not one, but two other people. This wouldn't be an issue if I knew they were going to do this with the 20 minute sign up process. The location was great, but I will think twice before I use u-haul again.Leonard C.
U-Haul charged me over $27 for gas because someone stated that the tank was down to 1/8. That's impossible as I filled about 7 gallons of fuel right before dropping off. And I had 35 miles (that's at least 3.5 gal.) left as I arrived at the gas station. Gas station to drop off is less than 1000 feet and I can send you the bank statement. I am pissed!RAMON B.

I was unaware that the drop-off date required a specific time until a call I received one hour before they wanted the truck back. It turns out they offered it to another customer that was waiting for the truck by the time I arrived (at the time specified).Stephen B.
